COMPANY 

VIT.AL. S.r.l. opera dal 1975 nel mercato dell’importazione 

e distribuzione di viteria, bulloneria e sistemi di fissaggio 

meccanici. La oltre trentennale esperienza nel settore dei 

“fasteners” è garanzia di pronta risposta alle esigenze di una 

clientela sempre più attenta agli elementi qualificanti il servizio 

dell’azienda: Competenza, Qualità e Puntualità. 

La sede dell’azienda è situata a Segrate, a pochi minuti dalla 

tangenziale Est di Milano e dall’aeroporto di Milano-Linate, 

e si estende su una superficie complessiva di 10.000 mq di 

cui 4.500 coperti. 

I depositi centrali consentono una capacità di stoccaggio di 

circa 3.000 tonnellate di prodotto che assicurano un’ampia 

gamma di 43.000* articoli unificati secondo le Norme UNI- 

DIN-ISO e disponibili in pronta consegna. 

L’azienda non opera unicamente nel settore della bulloneria 

standard, ma negli anni ha maturato un elevato know-how 

nella realizzazione di particolari speciali, realizzati su disegno 

e/o campioni forniti dalla clientela. 

Nel Corso degli anni VIT.AL. S.r.l. è divenuta partner di molte 

aziende manifatturiere fornendo loro assistenza e prodotti 

di elevato livello; allo scopo di fornire un sempre più

completo servizio, VIT.AL S.r.l. mette a disposizione della 

clientela la competenza pluriennale dei suoi collaboratori in 

grado di assistere le aziende clienti già nella fase di ingegnerizzazione 

dei propri prodotti. 

Inoltre, per i clienti che desiderano operare con contratti a 

consegne periodiche, VIT.AL S.r.l. assicura la completa gestione 

del programma di fornitura, garantendo sempre una 

scorta minima di prodotto disponibile in pronta consegna: 

ciò al fine di rispondere in modo elastico alle esigenze produttive 

e/o distributive della clientela. 

L’anno 2005 ha segnato un’importante momento per l’azienda 

che è entrata nella quarta decade di attività nel settore, 

raggiungendo di un volume di prodotti spediti superiore alle 

12.000 ton. 

Inoltre la realizzazione di una nuova unità di immagazzinamento 

dotata di un sistema di stoccaggio ad alta intensità di 

tipo “compattabile” ha notevolmente migliorato le capacità 

logistiche dell’azienda aumentandone sensibilmente i tempi 

di risposta e consentendole di raggiungere nell’anno 2007 

un volume totale di merci spedite prossimo alle 17.000 tonnellate. 

VIT.AL S.r.l. operates since 1975 in the market of import 

and distribution of fasteners and fixing systems. Its over 

30-year experience in fasteners market is guarantee of a 

prompt response to the needs of customers more oriented 

to the qualifying elements of the company: Competence, 

Quality and Punctuality. 

The company head office is located in Segrate, a few minutes 

far from Milan East Highway and from Linate Airport, on 

a total area of about 10.000 sm. 

The main warehouses of 4.500 sm. have a stocking capacity 

of about 3000 tons of products which assure a wide range of 

43.000* codes, in compliance with UNI-DIN-ISO standards, 

available for prompt delivery. 

The company not only deals in standard fasteners but it has 

also acquired a high “know-how” in the realization of special 

parts according to drawings and/or samples provided by customers.

During decades VIT.AL. S.r.l. has become partner of many 

manufacturing companies providing them with assistance 

and high level products; to offer a complete service VIT.AL. 

S.r.l. assures to its customers the competence of its operators 

who can provide valid suggestions beginning from the 

engineering phase of the products. 

Moreover, for customers who wish to plan deliveries, 

VIT.AL. S.r.l. assures the complete management of their 

delivery programme, and always assures a minimum level 

of the required product available immediately from stock. 

Year 2005 has represented a very important moment for 

the company which has entered the fourth decade of activity 

and it has reached a turnover of shipped products over 

about 12.000 tons. 

Moreover, the realization of a new semiautomatic high intensity 

mobile shelving/racking stocking system has greatly 

improved the logistic capacities of the company, reducing 

its delivery lead-time and allowing to reach a total volume of 

shipped products near to 17.000 tons.

TRATTAMENTI GALVANICI 

GALVANIC TREATMENTS 

Il prodotto distribuito da VIT.AL. S.r.l. è normalmente 

“Grezzo” o “Zincato Bianco”. 

A richiesta della clientela il prodotto può essere “trattato” 

superficialmente. 

VIT.AL. S.r.l. si è già inoltre da tempo attivata per soddisfare 

le prescrizioni imposte dalla Direttiva 2002/95/CE “ROHS” 

relativa alla limitazione dell’uso di determinate sostanze pericolose 

nelle apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche. 

Relativamente ai trattamenti galvanici, l’azienda ha raggiunto 

la piena conformità alla Direttiva a partire dal luglio 2006.

CONFEZIONAMENTO 

PACKAGING 

VIT.AL. S.r.l. distribuisce i propri prodotti in piccole confezioni 

di “taglio commerciale” contenute a loro volta in un 

pacco industriale del peso di circa 25 Kg: ciò al fine di preservare 

il più possibile le confezioni primarie durante le fasi 

di trasporto del prodotto; a richiesta: 

• Scatole o pacchi della dimensione desiderata 

• Sacchi di yuta 

• Blister 

• Bustine di plastica contenenti differenti componenti 

• Contenitori Kanban forniti dalla clientela 

• Casse metalliche a uso industriale. 

Le confezioni, a richiesta, possono essere inoltre altamente 

personalizzate con: 

• Marchi ed immagini prescelte dalla clientela 

• Etichette riportanti le informazioni desiderate.

To avoid damages during transport, VIT.AL. S.r.l. distribu- 

tes its products into small strong boxes which are contained 

into an industrial parcel of about kg. 25. 

On customer demand the product can be packed into: 

• Boxes of the desired dimensions 

• Yuta bags 

• Blisters 

• Plastic Bags containing different components 

• Kanban provided by the customer 

• Industrial cases. 

Moreover, packaging can be highly customized with: 

• Trade marks and images chosen by customers 

• Labels showing the desidered informations.

Oltre alla vasta gamma di prodotti standard ed unificati secondo 

le norme UNI-DIN-ISO, l’azienda è in grado di realizzare 

prodotti speciali commissionati dalla clientela su capitolato 

e disegno; attualmente una parte considerevole del 

volume di affari viene realizzata con particolari costituenti 

varianti di prodotti “normali” o articoli realizzati “ex-novo”.

La costante ricerca di miglioramento nei prodotti e nei servizi 

offerti ai propri Clienti da parte di VIT.AL. S.r.l., ha condotto 

l’azienda nel corso dell’anno 2011 a potenziare la struttura 

e le procedure di Controllo, aumentando la dotazione strumentale 

e le proprie competenze tecniche mediante inserimento 

di personale specializzato. 

L’aggiornamento ha riguardato, oltre all’ampliamento della 

strumentazione metrologica come calibri, micrometri, anelli

L’azienda è infatti in grado di effettuare autonomamente, 

ad esempio, controlli sulla durezza del materiale utilizzando 

diverse scale di riferimento, realizzare preparazioni metallografiche 

per il controllo della decarburazione, verificare gli 

spessori dei riporti superficiali presenti sui prodotti, oltre alla 

possibilità di controllare e riprodurre, tramite una macchina 

ottico-digitale bidimensionale, il profilo dei prodotti con precisione 

micrometrica. 

VIT.AL. S.r.l. offre inoltre ai propri clienti la possibilità di effettuare 

su specifica richiesta, attraverso una continuativa 

collaborazione con Laboratori Certificati di terza parte, una 

svariata gamma di prove in accordo a differenti standard 

normativi.

The constant improvement in products and services offered 

to its customers by VIT.AL. S.r.l., has led the company during 

the year 2011 to enhance the structure and procedures of 

quality control, increasing the instrumental equipment and 

the technical expertise by recruiting specialized personnel. 

The update has covered not only the expansion of metrolo- 

gy instruments such as calipers and micrometers but also 

the integration with new equipment of preparation and control. 

The company is able to perform autonomously, for example, 

controls on the hardness of the material using different scales 

of reference, to realize metallographic preparations to 

control the decarburization, check the thickness of galvanic 

treatment present on the products, in addition to the ability 

to control and reproduce, via an optical-digital two-dimensional 

machine, the profile of the products with micrometric 

precision. 

VIT.AL. S.r.l. also offers its customers the ability to perform, 

upon specific request, through an ongoing collaboration 

with third-party Certified Laboratories, a wide range of tests 

according to different regulatory standards.

QUALITA’ 

QUALITY 

L’impegno di VIT.AL. S.r.l. nel settore dei “Fasteners” non 

poteva non estendersi anche al campo della qualità di prodotto 

e di processo; per questa ragione l’azienda ha deciso 

di dar evidenza ai suoi “sforzi” introducendo sin dal 1999 un 

sistema di qualità certificato secondo lo standard UNI EN 

ISO 9002. 

Tale sistema di qualità è stato poi adeguato nel corso del 

2002 alla nuova versione delle norme ISO 9000 ed è stato 

certificato secondo lo standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 (VI- 

SION 2000). 

Nell’anno 2005 il sistema di gestione per la qualità ha subito 

un ulteriore evoluzione con l’elaborazione di un manuale 

integrato Qualità-Sicurezza che ha riscontrato la favorevole 

approvazione dell’Istituto Italiano del Marchio di Qualità 

(IMQ/CSQ) nel mese di settembre dello stesso anno. 

Ad ottobre 2009 il sistema di gestione della qualità è stato 

ulteriormente implementato e certificato secondo lo standard 

UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.

In October 2002 this system was certified according to UNI 

EN ISO 9001:2000 (VISION 2000) standard. 

During year 2005 the quality system was improved into an 

integrated Quality-Safety management system which has 

been certified in the month of september of the same year 

by IMQ-CSQ. 

In october 2009 the quality system was certified according 

to UNI-EN-ISO 9001:2008 standard.
