per polo con serraggio indipendente dei conduttori, portafusibile<br />
per fusibile a cartuccia (il modello SMW è adatto<br />
per pali con Ø minimo 102 mm).<br />

featuring customised shape, and semi-rounded sides, made of<br />
AISI 304 stainless steel. IP54 protection rating in accordance to<br />
CEI EN 60529; IK 10 in accordance to CEI EN 50102. Bipolar<br />
junction box type MVY 210/1 and quadripole junction box type<br />
MVV 416, class II container in accordance to CEI 64-8/4<br />

ZINCATURA A CALDO<br />
Il ciclo di zincatura, eseguito in conformità con le norme internazionali UNI EN<br />
ISO 1461, rallenta fortemente i tempi del processo di corrosione offrendo, in<br />
presenza di normali condizioni ambientali, una protezione veramente efficace.<br />
Nell’arco di alcune settimane, infatti, lo zinco forma uno strato protettivo,<br />
costituito da ossido, idrossido e sali basici, che preserva il prodotto nel tempo,<br />
garantendone l’integrità.<br />
VERNICIATURA<br />
A richiesta del cliente, l’estetica del prodotto può essere migliorata attraverso il ciclo<br />
di lavorazione DUPLEX, un servizio di finitura superficiale, che comprende le<br />
seguenti fasi:<br />
• zincatura a caldo<br />
• pulizia superficiale<br />
• ciclo di verniciatura a base di polveri poliestere con spessore 70/80 micron e<br />
polimerizzazione in forno a temperatura costante<br />
La colorazione, scelta dalla Direzione Lavori con riferimento alla tabella di<br />
unificazione RAL, viene eseguita secondo le norme UNI EN ISO 2409, classe<br />
1- 2808 – DIN 53132 -ASTM B117.<br />

HOT DIP GALVANIZATION<br />
The galvanization process, carried out according to International Standard UNI EN ISO<br />
1461, reduces the corrosion process by giving a good, strong and effective protection,<br />
in normal environmental conditions.<br />
During a few weeks, zinc creates a protective surface, due to a chemical reaction of<br />
oxide, hydroxide and basic salts, which protects the product over a long period of time.<br />
PAINTING<br />
On customer’s demand, the appearance of the product can be improved with painting;<br />
this finish is applied using the DUPLEX process, a superficial finishing which consists of two<br />
phases :<br />
• hot dip galvanization<br />
• superficial cleaning<br />
• painting cycle with polyester powders for a 70/80 microns cover and furnace polymerization at<br />
constant temperature<br />
Colour is chosen and strictly applied in accordance with RAL codes and carried out in<br />
accordance with standards: UNI EN ISO 2409, class 1- 2808 – DIN 53132 -ASTM B117.
