1962. Mgr. Magro was ordained priest in<br />
Valletta Malta, on 26th March 1966; was<br />
nominated Bishop on 10th March<br />
1997. He received his Episcopal Ordination<br />
in St. John's Co-Cathedral Valletta,<br />
Malta on 11th May 1997. On May 27th,<br />
Bishop Sylvester was solemnly installed as<br />
Apostolic Vicar of Benghazi.<br />
