MADE IN ITALY Le capottine para-sole e para-acqua Tessilmare sono la soluzione ottimale per ripararvi e darvi comfort. La Tessilmare presenta numerosi modelli, tecnicamente studiati per dare il massimo riparo mantenendo la più ampia visibilità, la maggiore possibilità di movimento ed il minimo ingombro. Possono essere montate su imbarcazioni totalmente aperte, motoscafi con parabrezza, cabinati, canotti pneumatici e grosse imbarcazioni. Tutte le versioni proposte possono essere montate in più punti diversi della stessa imbarcazione. Sono facili da installare ed in pochi istanti possono essere richiuse a prua, a poppa, oppure completamente riposte nel gavone. SCELTA DEL MODELLO DI CAPOTTINA PER LA PROPRIA IMBARCAZIONE Oltre alla cifra che si vuole spendere, il tipo di capottina indicato è in relazione alle dimensioni della barca, allo spazio disponibile per poterla abbattere al minimo ingombro e all’uso che se ne vuole fare (saltuario e veloce per una piccola barca da pesca o praticamente fisso per un flying bridge). La tecnologia e la qualità dei materiali sono gli stessi, dal modello più economico a quello costoso, tutti i nostri articoli sono coperti dalla stessa forma di garanzia. POSIZIONAMENTO SULLO SCAFO La capottina deve essere tesa energicamente in posizione parallela al ponte dell’imbarcazione. Qualora a velocità elevate il tessuto dovesse sbattere, è consigliabile inclinarla verso poppa di pochi centimetri agendo sui tenditori. MANUTENZIONE Una buona e semplice manutenzione può preservare a lungo tutti i componenti della capottina. Per lunghi periodi di inutilizzo, è importante asportare sia dalle parti tessili che quelle metalliche ogni residuo di sale marino. Si consiglia di risciacquare accuratamente con acqua dolce e prima di riporre le parti tessili nella loro custodia, asciugarle perfettamente. Trattare tutti i componenti in acciaio inossidabile con specifici prodotti lucidanti e lubrificanti e serrare accuratamente la bulloneria. COMPOSIZIONE MATERIALI (PRECISAZIONI GENERALI) Tutti gli snodi ed accessori non metallici sono in NYLON legati in fibra di vetro Zytel. Tutti gli snodi, bulloneria, fusioni varie, fibbieria ecc. sono ESCLUSIVAMENTE in INOX AISI 316. Tutti i telai in alluminio sono in lega marina ALLUMINIO/ MANGANESE/MAGNESIO con verniciatura a polvere poliestere. Tutti i telai in metallo sono ESCLUSIVAMENTE in INOX AISI 316 “L” con finitura extralucida. Tutti i moschettoni dei tenditori sono in bronzo fosforoso. I <strong>tessuti</strong> sono di produzione interna, studiati e realizzati per l’applicazione specifica. 4 CAPOTTINE / SUN TOPS PRESENTAZIONE INTRODUCTION Tessilmare Universal Sun & Water - Tops represent the best solution to protect yourself from sunlight, water and to offer comfort. Tessilmare produces several models, technically designed to grant the best protection, keeping the widest visibility at the same time, with high possibility of moving freely, taking up little room. All sun & water-tops are very light and allow a full ventilation even in the hottest days. They can be easily placed on open boats, day cruiser boats, cabin boats, inflatable boats and big boats in general. All models can be mounted in several locations on the boat. They can be easily mounted and it will take just a couple of minutes to pull them down towards fore and/or aft or to place them inside the peak. SELECTING YOUR SUN & WATER-TOP Besides the amount of money you want to spend, the shown sun & water-top model is in relation to the dimensions of the boat, the available space on the boat to pull down the top at the less encumbrance and the use you want to do of it (rare and quick for a small fishing boat or fix for a flying bridge). The technology and quality of the raw materials are the same for the cheapest model and for the most expensive one and all Tessilmare articles are covered by the same guarantee terms. FIXING ON THE BOAT The sun & water-top needs to be strongly tightened in parallel position to the deck of the boat. In case at high speeds the top cover should flap, we suggest to incline of few centimetres the top towards aft operating on the ties down straps. MAINTENANCE A good and simple maintenance can preserve ,in the long run, all the parts of the sun top. if you expect long periods of not using the product, it is important to remove from the textile and metallic parts any residual of sea salt. it is reccomended to carefully rinse with fresh-water and before putting away the textile parts in their bag ,dry them carefully. treat all the components made of stainless steel with specific polishing and greasing products and carefully tighten the bolts. RAW MATERIALS (GENERAL DATA) All joints and non-metallic accessories are in Zytel fiberglass Nylon. All metallic joints, bolting, buckles etc. are EXCLUSIVELY in STAINLESS STEEL AISI 316. All aluminium frames are in marine alloy ALUMINIUM/ MANGANESE/MAGNESIUM and are subjected to an anodized treatment or are coated by polyester powder painting. All stainless steel frames are EXCLUSIVELY in STAINLESS STEEL AISI 316 “L” extra polished. All snaps of the ties down straps are in phosphorous bronze. Fabrics are of own internal production and are engineered and produced for this specific application.
MADE IN ITALY L’idea di testare la produzione di capottine parasole per uso nautico è nata a completamento della GARANZIA A VITA che copre i prodotti Tessilmare e dalla curiosità di provare in pratica il risultato di una evoluzione di progettazione e di realizzazione che l’azienda ha compiuto in questo specifico settore. Le prove tecniche sui <strong>tessuti</strong> sono state eseguite da laboratori tessili specializzati, le prove di trazione, di tenuta allo strappo ed alla fatica dei vari componenti sono state realizzate nei reparti dell’azienda. Le prove pratiche sono state effettuate su imbarcazioni di varie misure ed a varie velocità. A completamento di quanto sopra serviva, o meglio, incuriosiva, conoscere la rispondenza del prodotto in situazioni estreme e certamente non riproducibili nell’uso pratico. Perché le prove in Galleria del Vento? Essendo gli articoli Tessilmare composti in media da 40 particolari, si è voluto verificare quale di questi avrebbe avuto per primo un segno di cedimento o di alterazione. A quale velocità ci sarebbe stato il collasso del manufatto. In che modo il collasso si sarebbe verificato, se repenti-namente, e quindi potenzialmente pericoloso per i pas-seggeri, o in modo progressivo e preannunciato. Le prove precedenti sono state in parte confermate dal test pratico in Galleria del Vento, sia in modo statico che dinamico: sopra i 20/22 metri al secondo si ha una deportanza nella parte anteriore ed una notevolissima portanza in quella posteriore. Con velocità superiori si è manifestato uno stallo improvviso che ha causato una netta deportanza, comprimendo l’intelaiatura verso il basso e permettendo così un ulteriore aumento della velocità in sicurezza. Grazie a questa compressione sull’imbarcazione si evita il pericolo che la capottina ‘voli via’. A 100 km. orari un modello di 300 cm. di larghezza per una superficie di circa 9 metri quadrati parte da una portanza di circa 200 kg. ad una deportanza stimabile 80/100 kg. La struttura si abbassa verso l’imbarcazione senza che l’intelaiatura subisca deformazioni. Grazie alla conferma di questi tests è possibile affermare che la velocità media di 60 km./h (velocità di crociera considerata elevata), non incide su una capotta di grandi dimensioni. Le velocità massime raggiunte in Galleria del Vento sono state di 120 km. all’ora per strutture con larghezze sino ai 2,20 mt. e 100 km. all’ora per quelle sino ai 3 metri. Non è stata raggiunta la velocità di collasso. CAPOTTINE / SUN TOPS PROVA DI RESISTENZA E DURATA RESISTANCE AND ENDURANCE TEST The idea of testing boat sun-tops originates as completion of the LIFE-TIME GUARANTEE which covers our sun-tops, and from the curiosity to prove in practise the result of an engineering and realization evolution achieved by Tessilmare in this specific field. Technical tests on fabrics have been performed by specialized textile laboratories; traction test, capability to tear and to fatigue to the several components tests have been carried out inside our company. Practical tests have been executed on boats of different sizes and at high speeds. As completion to the above it was needed, or better, it made us curious to get to know how Tessilmare sun-tops would have "behaved" at extreme conditions surely not reproduceable in the practical use. Why testing sun-tops inside the Wind Tunnel: All sun-tops are made up on an average of 40 components; Tessilmare wanted to verify which of these components would have first given in or altered and at which speed the sun-top would have collapsed. In which way the collapse would have taken place, if suddenly and therefore po-tentially dangerous for the user or if progressively. What above has been partially confirmed during the test inside the Wind Tunnel, both statically and dynamically: over 20/22 m/s a compression of the top cover in the front and a considerable aerodynamic lift in the back take place. At higher speeds a sudden stall took place causing a clear compression of the top cover which thus compressed the frame of the sun-top towards the bottom allowing thus a further increase of the speed in full safety conditions. Thanks to this compression there will not be the risk that the sun-top could "fly away" from the boat. At a speed of 100 km/h a sun-top 300 cms. width and approx. 9 square mts. surface starts with an aerodynamic lift of approx. 200 kgs. to an estimated compression of 80/100 kgs. The sun-top structure goes down towards the boat deck without the frame suffers any deformations. Thanks to these tests we can confirm that an average speed of 60 km/h (which is considered a high cruising speed) does not weigh on a big-size sun-top. The max. speeds reached inside the Wind Tunnel have been of 120 km/h for sun-tops till 2,20 mts. width and 100 km/h for sun-tops till 3 mts. width. Collapse speed has not been reached. 5
