Cuscinetti a rulli cilindrici
sull'anello interno oppure sull'anello
esterno.
sull'anello esterno e nessun orlo
sull'anello interno che è sfilabile. I
cuscinetti del tipo NU possono essere
integrati con un anello di
spalleggiamento HJ in modo da
sopportare carichi assiali in una
direzione.
sull'anello interno e nessuno orlo
possono sopportare carichi assiali in
entrambe le direzioni.
I cuscinetti del tipo NUP hanno due
orli sull'anello esterno, un orlo
sull'anello interno con un anello
riportato in appoggio sull'altro lato, in
modo da sopportare carichi assiali in
entrambe le direzioni.
I cuscinetti a rulli cilindrici sono
prodotti con gabbie in poliammide
rinforzata, o in ottone massiccio, o
stampate in lamiera di acciaio.
Cylindrical roller bearings
Single row roller bearings are
manufactured in many different
versions and are always dismountable
to make easier assembling operations:
their rollers and cages can be driven
on the outer or inner ring.
The bearing's ring driving the rollers,
is fitted with edges, whereas the other
ring has no edges and is extractable.
Cylindrical roller bearings bear heavy
loads and can take up very high
speeds.
"NU" bearings have two egdes placed
on the outer ring and no one on the
inner ring which is extractable. These
bearings can be completed with an
"HJ" ring in this way they stand a single
direction axial loads.
"N" bearings have two edges on the
inner ring and no one on the outer ring
which is extractable.
"NJ" bearings have two edges on the
outer ring and one on the inner ring,
to stand single direction axial loads.
These bearings can be completed with
an "HJ" ring in this way they stand axial
loads in both directions.
"NUP" bearings have two edges on the
outer ring, one edge on the inner ring
with another ring leant on the other
side: they stand therefore axial loads
in both directions.
Cylindrical roller bearings are
produced with reinforced polyamide
cages, brass cages or pressed sheet
steel.
