Cuscinetti radiali orientabili
a sfere, con foro cilindrico
o con foro conico
I cuscinetti orientabili a fere sono dotati
di due corone di sfere inserite nelle
piste ricavate sull'anello interno e di
un anello esterno con pista sferica,
che consente il montaggio del
cuscinetto su albero disallineato
rispetto alla sede. Il disallineamento
può essere causato da particolari
esigenze di progettazione, da errori
di montaggio, o da flessioni dell'albero.
I cuscinetti orientabili a due corone
sono utilizzati nelle applicazioni nelle
quali, a parità di dimensioni rispetto
alla forma base, devono sopportare
carichi più elevati; per carichi molto
elevati si consiglia l'uso dei cuscinetti
a rulli. Possono avere gabbia in
poliammide rinforzata, in ottone, in
lamierino di acciaio sagomato. Possono
essere forniti in forma aperta o con
protezione strisciante a tenuta stagna
2RS. Sopportano un disallineamento
di circa 4° nella esecuzione aperta e
circa 2° nella esecuzione 2RS a tenuta
stagna. Sono disponibili con foro
cilindrico e con foro conico che
permette rapidità di montaggio sugli
alberi mediante l'utilizzo delle bussole
di serraggio (bussole di trazione e
bussole di pressione).
Self-aligning ball bearings,
with cylindrical or conical
bore
Self-aligning bearings are provided
with double row of balls inserted inside
the groove of the inner ring and with
an outer sphered ring.
This peculiar feature enables to mount
the bearings onto a misaligned shaft
relative to the housing.
This misalignment can be caused by
erros in mounting, particular design
requirements, or shaft bending.
Double row self-aligning bearings are
used in the case of heavier loads to
bear (same dimensions respect to
basic form).
We recommend the use of roller
bearings, instead, when loads are very
high to stand.
Double row self-aligning bearings can
be fitted with reinforced polyamid
cages, brass or pressed sheet of steel
cages.
These bearings are available in two
versions: the open type and the sealed
ones (2RS watertight).
The open version stands a
misalignment up to 4°, the watertight
2RS, instead, up to 2° (more or less).
They are manufactured with cylindrical
or tapered bore, the latter enables
assembling rapidity thanks to the use
of sleeves (taper adapter and
withdrawal sleeves).
