4 Limite di velocità
Il limite di velocità può essere definito
come la velocità di rotazione più
elevata che un cuscinetto può
raggiungere in funzione all'impiego,
senza comprometterne le prestazioni
e la durata.
Il limite di velocità dei cuscinetti
dipende da svariati fattori, quali: tipo
di cuscinetto, entità di carico, classe
di tolleranza, configurazione della
gabbia, gioco di lavoro, lubrificante,
condizioni di lubrificazione e di
raffreddamento, ecc.
cuscinetto.
Nelle tabelle di dati caratteristici
vengono forniti i limiti di velocità
riferiti sia alla lubrificazione con olio
che con grasso.
Ove non siano sufficientemente note
le condizioni operative dei cuscinetti
e la qualità del lubrificante, si
raccomanda che la velocità effettiva
non superi il 75%dei valori di velocità
forniti nel presente catalogo.
In caso di carichi di forte entità, di
durata nominale inferiore alle 75000
ore di esercizio e di cuscinetti a
diametro medio superiore a 100 mm,
i valori di velocità forniti dal catalogo
dobranno essere moltiplicati per il
fattore f.
In caso di carico combinato, i valori di
velocità forniti dal catalogo dovranno
essere moltiplicati per il fattore f 1 .
4 Speed limit
The speed limit can be defined as the
maximum rotation speed reached by
a bearing, without compromising its
performances.
The speed limit depends on different
factors, such as: type of bearing,
magnitude of load, tolerance class,
cage design, operational clearance,
lubricant, lubrication and cooling
conditions, and so on.
In case of oil lubrication, the bearing
speed limit can be approximately
determined for radial bearings, as a
function of the mean bearing diameter;
concerning thrust bearings, instead,
speed limit is determined as a function
of the dimension and weight of the
bearing's mounting.
In bearing tables, the value of speed
limit are given for both grease and oil
lubrication.
In the case of insufficient informations
about quality of lubrication and
operating conditions, the effective
speed is recommended not to exceed
the 75% of the speed indicated in this
catalogue.
In the case of heavy loads, when the
rating life is shorter than 75000
operating hours and bearing mean
diameter is larger than 1000 mm,
speed limits indicated in this
catalogue, have to be mul tiplied by
factor "f".
If the load is combined, the speed from
this catalogue have to be multiplied
by factor "f 1 ".
