Cuscinetti assiali a sfere
I cuscinetti assiali a sfere possono
sopportare elevati carichi assiali in
una sola direzione, non sopportano
carichi radiali. Possono essere a
semplice o a doppio effetto.
I cuscinetti assiali a semplice effetto
a richiesta. I cuscinetti sono
scomponibili.
I cuscinetti assiali a doppio effetto
sopportano carichi assiali in entrambe
le direzioni, sono costituiti da due anelli
o ralle esterne con gole per le sfere e
da un anello o ralla interna con gole
da ambo i lati; le sfere sono guidate
da gabbie stampate in lamiera di
acciaio. Le gabbie, le sfere e le ralle
esterne sono le stesse utilizzate per i
cuscinetti assiali a semplice effetto.
Una delle ralle esterne può avere la
superficie piana o sferica. I cuscinetti
con ralle sferiche più le piastre di
orientabilità sono utilizzati quando gli
alberi e le sedi sono disallineate. Le
piasre di orientabilità sono fornite a
parte, a richiesta. I cuscinetti sono
scomponibili.
Thrust ball bearings
Thrust ball bearings take up heavy
axial loads in a single direction, they
do not stand radial loads.
They are manufactured in two versions:
single or double effect.
Single effect thrust ball bearings stand
single direction axial loads: they are
formed by a ring or washer with
groove for balls and by another ring
or washer with another groove, balls
are diven from pressed sheet stell
cages.
One of these washers can have a
spherical or flat surface.
Bearings with spherical ring are
mounted with a self-aligning plate: this
plate has a spherical surface which
balances the misalignment of design
or mounting.
Self-aligning plate is supplied only
under request.
These bearings are dismountable.
Double effect thrust ball bearings
stand axial loads in both directions,
they consist in two rings or outer
washers fitted with grooves for balls
and in an inner ring or washer
provided with grooves on both sides;
balls are diven from pressed sheet
steel cages.
Cages, balls, outer rings are the same
as the one used for single effect thrust
ball bearings.
One of the outer ring can have a
spherical or flat surface.
When shafts and housings are
misaligned, bearings with spherical
rings and self-aligning plates are used.
Thrust ball bearings are dismountable.
