Nuova serie rinnovata di catene OR di alto livello con anelli elastici di tenuta O-Ring a sezione tonda e prestazioni migliorate sigillano uno speciale lubrificante all’interno delle articolazioni per garantire la massima durata ad usura unitamente a ottime prestazioni in ogni impiego. Tale tecnologia è ora disponibile anche per catene per applicazione enduro grazie alla nuova catena 135ORE con anelli di tenuta a sezione ridotta che permettono di mantenere un ingombro molto contenuto e una elevata scorrevolezza. Perni in lega di acciaio ad alto tenore di carbonio, bussole e rulli estrusi, piastre, perni e rulli pallinati per aumentarne la resistenza a fatica. A better performing round section characterizes the latest generation of O-Rings. Light and strong, these sealed chains are engineered to meet the demands of each motorcycle application, providing long life in all conditions experienced by road or off-road riders. This new technology now is also available for enduro application with the new 135ORE chain: new low section seals for very low pin lenght and lightrunning. Features include high carbon alloy pins, solid bushings and rollers, shot-peened plates and rollers. All O-Ring chains are pre-stretched.

Questi anelli di tenuta di nuova generazione, caratterizzati da una particolare sagoma conica del foro, rappresentano l’evoluzione ed il superamento dei precedenti X-Ring e Z-ring. Ecco i principali vantaggi: • Sezione a “Z” brevettata. • Lo Z-Ring, deformandosi al montaggio, genera un effetto molla che garantisce una tenuta del lubrificante costante nel tempo • La particolare sezione dello Z-Ring garantisce una maggiore flessibilità, rendendo la catena più scorrevole. • La sezione conica dello Z-Ring ne facilita il montaggio sulla bussola. • Il lubrificante, interposto tra le piastre ed i lobi dello Z-Ring, mantiene quest’ultimo lubrificato incrementandone la durata. These new generation seal rings, featuring a special-designed conical shape on their inner side, are the result of the evolution of previous X-Ring and Z-Ring designs.
