Tradicija in kvaliteta CIMOS TITAN, d.o.o. nadaljuje dolgoletno tradicijo livarstva TITAN. Začetki Titana segajo v leto 1896 s pričetkom obrtniške proizvodnje pribitnih in vdolbnih ključavnic ter nasadil za vrata. Začetki livarstva segajo v leto 1920, družba Titan pa je bila ustanovljena leta 1922. Proizvodnja cevnih spojnih elementov fitingov se je pričela leta 1933. Po drugi svetovni vojni je bila livarna posodobljena in je s svojimi kakovostnimi T-fitingi pomembno prispevala k razvoju družbe. Kmalu po letu 1960 je livarna dosegla današnji obseg proizvodnje ulitkov. Z letom 2001 je postala samostojna družba v skupini CIMOS (ki združuje družbe na področju razvoja in proizvodnje avtomobilskih delov) in v zadnjih dveh letih izvedla ekološko in tehnološko sanacijo s prestrukturiranjem. Obdržala je obstoječi prodajno proizvodni program in danes z najnovejšimi tehnološkimi procesi proizvaja kakovostno belo temprano litino tako za proizvodnjo fitingov kot tudi za ulitke po naročilu kupcev po standardih GTW 35 do GTW 45 ter GTW S 38 z dobro varljivostjo. Livarna načrtuje dopolnitev prodajno proizvodnega programa z ulitki iz nodularnih litin, kar bo dodatno pripomoglo k njenemu vključevanju v verigo dobaviteljev svetovni avtomobilski industriji. Našo kakovost potrjujejo kupci iz Srednje in Zahodne Evrope, kjer prodamo preko 90 % proizvodnje. Z razširitvijo izbora fitingov tržne deleže na novih trgih povečujemo, na tradicionalnih pa utrjujemo. S tržno usmerjeno zasnovo prodaje izdelke v največji možni meri prilagodimo zahtevam kupca in s pristno vezjo z odjemalci gradimo obojestransko zadovoljstvo. The beginning of TITAN reaches back to 1896 when a cottage industry of surfacemounted and mortised door locks and door hinges was established. The foundry was first put into operation in 1920 and the TITAN Company was incorporated in 1922. And the production of pipe fittings began in 1933. After World War Two, the foundry was modernised and made a substantial contribution to the society’s progress thanks to its high-quality T-fittings. Soon after 1960 the foundry attained its present scope of casting production. In 2001 the foundry became an independent company within the CIMOS business group and in recent years carried out environmental and technologic rehabilitation and restructuring of its facilities. The firm retained the existing line of products and, thanks to the most up-to-date technological processes, today turns out high-quality white tempered alloy for the manufacture of fittings as well as for custom-made castings in compliance with GTW 35 to GTW 45 and GTW S 38 standards, featuring good welding properties. The foundry is planning to supplement its line of products with nodular alloy castings, which will additionally enhance its status as one of the suppliers of the worldwide automotive industry of CIMOS. Our quality is confirmed by our buyers from Central and Western Europe where over 90% of our products are sold. Thanks to an ever-larger number of our products, we are expanding to new markets and consolidating our position in our traditional markets. Through a market-oriented sales strategy, we are able to ideally adapt our products to the demands of our customers as well as nurture genuine and mutually satisfying business relationships.
