Logica, part of the Italian group Interna specialised 

in the production of high-quality, turnkey 

furnishing solutions for offices, 

has now increased their range of catalogue items 

with a wide selection of accessories designed 

specifically to meet the real requirements 

of the office sector in general, and the so-called 

Back of the House for the hospitality sector 

in particular. With this new proposal, Logica aims 

predominantly at the larger management groups 

for hospitality, fashion and tourism organisations, 

whose offices have specific functional requirements.

BacK oF tHe House 

Logica, founded in 1989, has been a reference figure 

for more than 20 years for furnishing solutions for offices 

and congress centres for those who wish to add a personal 

touch to the furniture used in contemporary work areas. 

After their acquisition by Gruppo Interna in 2006, with 

whom they already shared strategic aims and objectives 

at an international level with their turnkey solutions, 

Logica undertook a journey to compare themselves with 

the driving sectors within the group, such as tourism, 

hotels, restaurants and naval, interacting with large hotel 

and restaurant chains, shipping companies and multinationals 

from the fashion industry. There is an area which 

is strategically important within these frameworks for the 

day-to-day running of the business and which is unseen 

by the clients, called the back of the house. This is a crucial 

area, the very heart of operations, the point through which 

all the business decisions and choices are communicated. 

Nothing is left to chance in these work spaces, on the contrary, 

every detail is the fruit of a precise managerial philosophy 

and must answer to a precise managerial framework. 

Paradoxically, even though the market for the back of the 

house sector is quite large and in constant growth, the main 

players from the furnishing sector do not seem to have 

paid too much attention with a dedicated, specific range 

of offers. With their Back of the House collection proposed 

with the three catalogues Office Living, Eureka Space Partition 

System and now Accessories Logica intends to offer a 

complete, efficient system for the design and execution of 

offices which are closed to the general public. Tailor-made 

products, eye-catching design, high quality standards, 

robust materials and workmanship and prices in line with 

the foreseen project budget: these are the guidelines for the 

new collection. 

Logica, nata nell’89, è da oltre un ventennio un marchio 

di riferimento per l’arredo di uffici e centri congressuali 

di chi vuole dare un’impronta personale all’arredamento 

degli spazi di lavoro contemporanei. A seguito dell’acquisizione 

nel 2006 da parte del Gruppo Interna, con cui già condivideva 

pienamente finalità e obiettivi strategici operando in contesto 

internazionale con un’offerta chiavi in mano, Logica ha avviato 

un percorso di confronto con i settori trainanti del gruppo 

quali quello turistico, alberghiero, della ristorazione, navale, 

interagendo con grandi catene alberghiere e di ristorazione, 

gruppi armatoriali e colossi della moda. In questi contesti 

vi è un’area importante e strategica per la gestione quotidiana 

del business, area preclusa ai clienti, il back of the house. 

è un’area cruciale, il vero cuore pulsante delle operazioni, 

dal quale dipartono tutte le decisioni e le scelte del business. 

In questi luoghi di lavoro nulla viene lasciato al caso, 

al contrario ogni dettaglio è frutto di precise filosofie gestionali 

e deve rispondere ad una precisa logica manageriale. 

Paradossalmente l’universo back of the house, pur rivestendo 

una fetta di mercato consistente e in crescita, non ha ricevuto 

fino ad ora dai grandi attori dell’arredamento la dovuta 

attenzione con un’offerta specifica dedicata. 

Logica, con la collezione Back of the House proposta 

attraverso i tre cataloghi Office Living, Eureka Space Partition 

System e ora Accessories, intende proporre uno strumento 

efficiente e completo per la progettazione e la realizzazione

Logica has the capacity to manage every aspect of office 

furnishing projects, from feasibility studies to space planning, 

from production to shipping, right up to installation 

and post-sales assistance all around the world. 

Logica also offers a complete turnkey service, which 

has always been one of the strong points of Gruppo Interna. 

With the back of the house sector, therefore, complete 

responsibility for the execution of the project is guaranteed, 

with on-going checks and controls of every aspect of the 

order along the chain: consultancy by a team of designers, 

financial services, including on a long-term basis, direct 

management of project execution, supervision to guarantee 

quality during production, direct control of shipping 

with certified procedures to guarantee integrity and 

conservation of all the components. After installation, 

carried out by their own highly-skilled technicians, Logica is 

available with their after-sales service team even after 

the set warranty period has expired, to guarantee 

maintenance, renewal or replacement of obsolete products.

powder varnishing with black or silver gray finish. It is supplied 

with a double underside made of a techno polymer with a zincplated 

steel sheet cover to protect the underside and the floor 

from possible flames developed within the structure. The black 

shockproof techno polymer underside is ribbed to increase the 

resilience. 

It is supplied with a wastepaper basket opening on the front of 

the structure and a removable ashtray lid made of aluminium 

with a rounded structure to extinguish the cigarettes with 

an epoxy powder varnishing.

The shelves can be placed at different levels by means 

of a rack.The link between the structure and the door is made 

by means of fixed and mobile cylindrical bolts on the same 

side of the hinges. The locking is granted by a key locking 

system with UNI EN 1300B certification or by means 

of a CF13 key locking system with mechanical 3-digit

Safes built with a special conglomerate that allows for a 

uniform resilience of the surface. The structure of the doors is 

strengthen with manganese steel plates to protect the locking 

points and the locking systems: a PKL changeable key locking 

system and a CF13 key locking system with mechanical 3-digit 

combination system. The mobile bolts are rectangular bars 

that are placed on the opposite side of the hinges and on the 

top and lower side of the door. 

The safes have the certification EN 1143-I attained from the 

certification institute CNPP Cert. with brand A2P- Class II E

Each locker is fitted with top shelf coat-hanger rod, 

bottom shelf and dividing wall. The locker is available in 

three different dimensions that can be joined to satisfy 

any design requirement.

Fred 

Fred is a modular shelving system with bolted shelves and 

epoxy powder finish. The shelves can be bolted at various 

heights by means of a rack. The bolting system allows 

for an easy assembling of the elements and an effortless 

variation of the modules. Countless combinations that 

adapt to any space.

a high loading capacity and a very easy assembling method
