IT Tecnovap presenta il generatore di vapore “STEAM PRESSURE”, novità mondiale (brevetto Tecnovap) che abbina la potenza del vapore saturo
secco (10bar – 180°C) alla forza meccanica dell’acqua ad alta pressione (150bar) per garantire il massimo della qualità e dell’efficacia nella pulizia.
“STEAM PRESSURE” trova largo impiego anche nel settore vinicolo là dove siano richiesti interventi di sanificazione, disinfezione delle linee di imbottigliamento
o rimozione del tartaro che si forma all’interno della barrique. Grazie alla combinazione dell’ acqua e del vapore è possibile, in una sola
ed unica operazione, eliminare totalmente tartaro e brettanomiceti dalle fibre del legno. E’ stato stimato che questo procedimento viene realizzato
ad un costo inferiore di € 0,20. “STEAM PRESSURE” utilizza un processo innovativo e naturale al 100% perché non richiede l’uso di agenti chimici, non
emette fumi nocivi (per questo è utilizzabile anche in ambienti chiusi) e allunga la vita delle cartucce di microfiltrazione. “STEAM PRESSURE” è pronta
all’uso in soli 5 minuti ed è carrellata per offrire una maggiore facilità di spostamento, inoltre il suo utilizzo non richiede alcun tipo di abilitazione o di
patentino.

PRESSURE” is also widely used in the wine sector when it is necessary to sanitize, disinfect the bottling lines or to remove the tartar from the barrels.
Thanks to the combination of water and steam with just one single process, it is possible to completely eliminate tartar and Brettanomyces from the
wood fibers. It has been esteemed that the process is realized with a cost of less than € 0.20. “STEAM PRESSURE” boasts an innovative and 100% natural
process that does not use any chemicals, does not emit dangerous smokes (can therefore be used also in closed environments) and prolongs
the life of the microfiltration cartridges. “STEAM PRESSURE” is ready within 5 minutes and has a trolley in order to offer more mobility, furthermore its
usage does not need any special permission or license.
