A new
brewery
in Cambodia
On May 14, 2012 a few kilometres from the capital
Phonm Penh in Cambodia, a new brewery
was inaugurated: the Khmer Brewery. This was an extremely
important event for the country, in that it was a
new national brewery which would produce the Cambodia
beer.
In just a short period of time this new business has
been able to gain a large share of the market. The success
of this business is not just a source of patriotic pride,
the excellent results have been obtained thanks to
the decisions made previously by the management in
creating this factory, to the most advanced machinery
and equipment. For the beer production, for example.
German machinery was bought, without giving preference
to low cost products; the result is a high standard
of quality that could only meet with a positive response
from the market. The success went beyond expectations,
in fact just one year has passed since its founding
and they are already thinking about doubling the
size of the factory to meet demand.
Una nuova
birreria
in Cambogia
Il 14 maggio 2012 a pochi km. dalla capitale
Phonm Penh in Cambogia, si è celebrata l’inaugurazione
di una nuova birreria: la Birreria Khmer. un
evento importantissimo per la nazione, in quanto si
tratta di una nuova birreria nazionale nella quale viene
prodotta la birra Cambodia.
In poco tempo questa nuova realtà è riuscita ad accaparrarsi
una rilevante quota di mercato. Il successo di
questa attività non è solo una questione di orgoglio patriottico,
gli ottimi risultati sono stati ottenuti grazie alle
scelte fatte a monte dal management nella creazione
di questo stabilimento, all’avanguardia sia nei macchinari
che nella selezione qualitativa degli impianti.
Per la filiera di produzione della birra, ad esempio, sono
stati acquistati impianti prodotti in Germania, senza privilegiare
prodotti a basso costo; il risultato è uno standard
qualitativo elevato che non poteva che ottenere
dei riscontri positivi sul mercato. Il successo è stato al
di sopra delle aspettative, infatti dalla nascita è trascorso
poco più di 1 anno e si pensa già di raddoppiare lo
Celli S.p.A. was asked to directly supply all the draught equipment, from
the keg coupler to the tap, all Made in Italy. For us the opportunity to
contribute to this success was a great honour, and we hope that this
partnership can continue also in the future with benefits for both sides.
The Prime Minister of Cambodia attended the inauguration, as did top
local officials, the German ambassador, the representative of the European
union together with a hundred or so managers, employees, customers,
suppliers and distributors. In the photo we can see the land,
the entire Leang family, a view of the inside of the brewery premises,
and a view of the factory.
Celli was represented by Christian Biserna, Director and CEO of Celli
Asia, spokesperson of the proud participation of Celli S.p.A in this
project, as the exclusive supplier of all the equipment and accessories
for drawing the beer.

La Celli S.p.A. è stata interpellata per la fornitura diretta
di tutti gli impianti di spillatura, dalla testata del fusto
fino al rubinetto, il tutto Made in Italy. Per noi la possibilità
di contribuire a questo successo ha rappresentato
un grande onore, e ci auguriamo che questa collaborazione
possa continuare anche in futuro con reciproca
soddisfazione.
All’evento di inaugurazione hanno partecipato il Primo
Ministro cambogiano, le massime autorità locali, l’ambasciatore
tedesco, il rappresentante dell’unione Europea
insieme a centinaia di persone tra manager, dipendenti,
clienti, fornitori e distributori. Nella foto possiamo
vedere la proprietà, tutta la famiglia Leang al completo,
uno scorcio del locale interno alla birreria, e una vista
dello stabilimento.
Per la Celli era presente il Dott. Christian Biserna, Direttore
e Amministratore Delegato di Celli Asia, portavoce
dell’orgogliosa partecipazione di Celli S.p.A a questo
progetto, in qualità di fornitore esclusivo di tutti gli impianti
e accessori per la spillatura della birra.
