Drink System (formerly BIRRA DRINK SISTEM) began in 1986,
when Giovanni Pulerà decided to invest his enterprising nature
and versatility in a business project. Drink System crossed
paths with Celli S.p.A. over 25 years ago. An inevitable encounter
since Celli was, and still is, the number one Italian company in the
sector for equipment and accessories for drawing drinks, and above
all it was a productive encounter since it was based on common
business values: professionalism and attention to customer needs.
This common vision has given life to a partnership that still today
is renewed with the continual research into innovation and design.
Over time the company has grown with the Pulerà family, acquiring
new partners, the sons Marco and Massimo and a few years ago
the daughter Chiara, and always seeking more space to contain a
continually developing range. The headquarters moved first to Corso
Spezia, then to via Monte Cengio in Turin, where in 750 m 2 there
was space for a new division dedicated to the large machines for
self-service company canteens, a computerised warehouse and
a room for holding updating courses and demonstrations of the
systems. The new generation has kept the attitude of their father,
aspiring to other sectors to go alongside dispensing and fitting the
company out to also provide an installation service. From water
to ice. The company starts working with Manitowoc Ice. In August
2010 the Piedmont company took another step forward when it
moved from the city to the first ring, Vinovo, where the new headquarters
is located with about 2000 m 2 in a brand new building.
The company also changed name to become DRINK SYSTEM given
the ever increasing business in the water and wine sectors and
therefore no longer just in the beer sector. Changing the name but
not the company’s philosophy, new premises, a new name but...
the traditional way of working aimed at quality and customer satisfaction.

Il percorso di Drink System (al secolo BIRRA DRINK SISTEM)
ha inizio nel 1986, quando Giovanni Pulerà sceglie di fare
della sua intraprendenza e versatilità un progetto imprenditoriale.
La strada di Drink System si incontra con quella di Celli S.p.A. oltre
25 anni fa. un incontro inevitabile dal momento che Celli S.p.A.
è e resta la prima azienda in Italia nel settore degli impianti e
accessori per la spillatura delle bevande, ma soprattutto un incontro
fruttuoso poiché basato su valori imprenditoriali comuni:
professionalità e attenzione alle esigenze del cliente. Questa
visione all’unisono ha dato vita a una lunga collaborazione che
ancora oggi si rinnova con la continua ricerca di innovazione e
design. L’azienda col tempo cresce con la famiglia Pulerà, acquisendo
nuovi soci, i figli Marco e Massimo e qualche anno dopo
la figlia Chiara, e cercando spazi sempre più ampi per contenere
un’offerta in continua evoluzione.
La sede si sposta prima in corso Spezia, poi in
via Monte Cengio a Torino, dove in 750 m 2 trovano
spazio un nuovo comparto dedicato ai
grandi impianti per mense aziendali self-service,
un magazzino computerizzato e una
sala per corsi di aggiornamento e impianti
dimostrativi.
La nuova generazione mantiene il carattere
del padre, aspirando ad altri settori da affiancare
a quello del dispensing e attrezzandosi
per offrire anche un servizio di installazione.
Dall’acqua al ghiaccio. L’azienda inizia a collaborare
con Manitowoc Ice.
Nell’agosto del 2010 ulteriore passo in avanti
per l’azienda piemontese che si sposta dalla città alla prima cintura,
Vinovo, dove nasce la nuova sede di circa 2000 m 2 in una
struttura di nuovissima costruzione.
L’azienda cambia anche nome per diventare DRINK SYSTEM vista
la sempre più grande attività nei settori di acqua e vino e quindi
non più solo nel campo birraio.
Cambia il nome ma non la filosofia lavorativa, una nuova sede, un
nuovo nome ma...il vecchio spirito lavorativo mirato a qualità e
soddisfazione del cliente.

EOS Celli
The brewery Tenute Collesi, a producer of
excellent craft beer, has decided to start and
distribute also its own draught beer. For this important
step it decided to look for an elegant and visually
striking tower that would reflect the quality of
the product itself. They decided on the customised
EOS model, thanks to its eclectic nature which lends
itself to the blue vitreous version that echoes the
colour of the Cellesi logo, and on which the Italian
flag has been highlighted. For the Apecchio brewery,
a towering name in the world of craft breweries in
Italy, which over the years has collected numerous
international awards and recognitions, this is certainly
another winning choice!

EOS Celli
Il birrificio Tenute Collesi, produttore di birre
artigianali d’eccellenza, ha deciso di iniziare
a distribuire la propria birra anche alla spina. Per
questo importante passo ha scelto di muoversi alla
ricerca di una colonna di grande impatto ed eleganza
che andasse a rispecchiare la qualità del prodotto
stesso. La scelta è caduta dunque sul modello EOS,
personalizzata, grazie all’ecletticità a cui si presta la
versione in vitreous, di colore blu, a richiamare la tonalità
stessa del logo Collesi, e su cui è stata messa
in risalto la bandiera italiana. Per il birrificio di Apecchio,
nome di spicco nel panorama dei birrifici artigianali
italiani, che negli ultimi anni ha saputo fare
incetta di premi e prestigiosi riconoscimenti a livello
internazionale, si tratta sicuramente dell’ennesima
scelta vincente!
