The body of the tap is available in brass with a nickel-plating
treatment with a chrome or gold finish; by 2013 a stainless
steel body version will also be available.
For versions without a compensator there is a stainless steel
sleeve and a treated brass body, and with a plastic food-grade
liner inside so that the drink is never in contact
with the body of the nickel-plated brass tap.
The sleeve will be available with a 5/8” thread or else ½”
with a 7mm or 10mm hole inside (German version), and also
with John Guest cartridges, the lengths are standard Celli:
35mm, 47mm or 65mm.
All versions with a compensator will be compatible with the
sleeve of the FC4 or Celtic range, those without a compensator
will be compatible with the sleeve of the Celtic range.
The design of this series of taps is protected by a patent
application registration for a Celli S.p.A. model.

Il corpo del rubinetto è disponibile in ottone
con trattamento galvanico di nichelatura con
finitura cromata o dorata; entro il 2013 sarà
disponibile anche la versione con corpo in acciaio
inox.
Per le versioni senza compensatore è stato
previsto il cannotto in acciaio inox ed il corpo
rubinetto in ottone trattato, ma con al suo interno
una camicia in materiale plastico alimentare
in modo che la bevanda non sia mai in contatto
con il corpo del rubinetto in ottone nichelato.
Il canotto sarà disponibile con filetto da 5/8”
oppure da ½” con foro interno da 7mm o da
10mm (versione Germania), ma anche con cartucce
John Guest, le lunghezze sono standard
Celli: 35mm, 47mm o 65mm.
Tutte le versioni con compensatore saranno
compatibili con il cannotto della serie FC4 o
Celtic, quelle senza compensatore saranno
compatibili col cannotto della serie Celtic.

In the Lotus Plus and Alaska towers we have
seen the possibility of keeping the beer lines cold
right up to the tap. We believe this technology is extremely
important for those who want to provide their
customers with a quality product.
As mentioned earlier, the benefits of the refrigerated
taps are numerous:
• When pulling the first beer no excessive head is formed
• The temperature of the beer is always optimal
• The proliferation of bacteria slows down
For this reason we have developed a solution that
would be suitable also for other towers.
As we can see in the exploded drawing, it has to do
with a brass heat exchanger that because it is welded
to the recirculation pipe (water or glycol) it allows the
cold to be transferred right up to the tap. The big news
is that this system allows you to cool the tap without
having any condensation on the body of the tower. As
we can see in the photo below, the bushing fixed to
the body of the tower by means of two front screws is
isolated with a thermal cut.
A patent application has been filed for this solution.
The Cold Kit is available upon request on all the
BRAHAuS, HAVANA, TuBE, AZuR, WAVE, ZENIT, MOON,
ROMANTIC towers and also for the recent EOS T versions.
Abbiamo visto nelle colonne Lotus Plus e Alaska,
la possibilità di mantenere le linee birra refrigerate
fino al rubinetto. Riteniamo questa tecnologia importantissima
per chi è attento alla qualità del prodotto
che offre ai propri clienti.
Come già anticipato i vantaggi dei rubinetti refrigerati
sono numerosi:
• Al momento di spillare la prima birra erogata non si
forma eccessiva schiuma
• La temperatura della birra è sempre ottimale
• Si rallenta la proliferazione batterica.
Per questo motivo abbiamo sviluppato una soluzione
che fosse adatta anche ad altre colonne.
Come è possibile vedere nell’esploso, si tratta di uno
scambiatore termico in ottone che essendo saldato
con il tubo di ricircolo (acqua o glicole) permette il trasferimento
di freddo fino al rubinetto. La grande novità
è che questo sistema consente la refrigerazione del
rubinetto evitando la condensazione del corpo della
colonna. Come si può osservare nella foto sotto, infatti
la boccola, fissata al corpo della colonna tramite due
viti frontali, è isolata con taglio termico.
Per questa soluzione è stata depositata una domanda
di brevetto.
Il Cold Kit è disponibile su richiesta su tutte le colonnine
BRAHAuS, HAVANA, TuBE, AZuR, WAVE, ZENIT, MOON,
ROMANTIC e anche per le recenti versioni EOS a T.
