<strong>IMENOTTERI</strong>:<br />
Mediamente nel 50 % dei casi si instaura tolleranza<br />
spontanea dopo la prima reazione sistemica<br />
- se la prima reazione è stata solo cutanea ( es.<br />
orticaria) la tolleranza è nell’ 80-90% ( 95% in età<br />
pediatrica)<br />
- se reazioni sistemiche gravi la tolleranza scende al<br />
20-30%<br />
- le reazioni cutanee locali estese tendono nettamente<br />
a ripetersi e nel 5-10% dei casi alle successive punture<br />
evolve verso reazioni sistemiche<br />
- le reazioni insolite sono imprevedibili e nella<br />
maggior parte dei casi non si ripetono
