Mario Rigoni Stern racconta il “suo” Altipiano. Dai pensieri in<br />
una giornata di neve, ai tremendi ricordi <strong>della</strong> guerra, alle lunghe<br />
camminate con il cane e con il fucile da cacciatore. Una testimonianza<br />
eccezionale in cui il grande scrittore di Asiago si lascia<br />
andare, quasi in un’intervista rubata che sa poco di uffi ciale<br />
e molto di intimità. Nel racconto di Rigoni Stern c’è l’uffi ciale<br />
degli alpini, lo scrittore, lo sciatore e il cacciatore. Insieme con<br />
la sua voce, anche le voci dei cineasti veneti Ermanno Olmi e<br />
Mario Brenta e il ricordo dell’amicizia con il grande Primo Levi.<br />
Mario Rigoni Stern recounts “his” Altipiano, from his thoughts<br />
on a snowy day to his terrible war recollections and his long<br />
walks with his dog and hunter’s rifl e. In this exceptional portrait,<br />
the great writer from Asiago opens up in a kind of “stolen” interview<br />
that is more intimate than formal. In Rigoni Stern’s story<br />
appear the Alpine offi cer, the writer, the skier, and the hunter.<br />
Along with his voice are those of the Veneto fi lmmakers Ermanno<br />
Olmi and Mario Brenta and the memory of his friendship<br />
with the great Primo Levi.<br />

come montatore di programmi<br />
televisivi e realizza fi lm di imprese<br />
sportive per France 3. Nel 2006<br />
fonda a Marsiglia il SACRE (Studio<br />
Autonome du Cinéma Recherche).<br />
Born in 1960, after his studies he<br />

Radio-Libres and produced some<br />
videos for the French unions. He<br />
later worked as a television editor<br />
and made fi lms about sports feats<br />
for France 3. In 2006 he founded<br />
