Cormo presenta l’innovativa finestra S5, che ha come
caratteristica principale una eccezionale capacità di
proteggere da freddo, caldo e rumore.
Grazie a queste proprietà si abbattono i costi di cli-
matizzazione e di riscaldamento. L’isolamento termico
della finestra S5 nella configurazione ad un’anta misu-
ra normalizzata raggiunge Uw = 1,0 W/ m2/K.

spessore complessivo di 44 mm. S5 è dotato di ferra-
menta ad anta ribalta di serie e di gocciolatoio a taglio
termico in alluminio nella portafinestra.

With insulation properties like these, real savings can
be made on heating and air-conditioning bills. A stan-
dard-size single S5 window provides thermal insula-
tion Uw up to 1.0 W/ m2/K.
compared to the statutory limits prescribed for different
climate zones. Huge benefits are derived in terms of living
comfort, giving a healthier, more restful and desirable en-
vironment. An absolutely excellent window in terms of
sound insulation too, certified 40 decibels in the case of
the double French window fixture. S5 fixtures are fitted as
standard with triple glazed sealed units 44 mm thick; the
two voids are filled with argon gas and laminated glass is
used for the two outer panes. Also standard on S5 fixtu-
res are turn and tilt hardware and, in the case of French
windows, a thermal break aluminium drip moulding.
