”Il polipasto, una strategia per ridurre di più del 75%<br />

<strong>il</strong> rischio cardiovascolare” (28)<br />

• Aglio (1 gr secco al giorno o 2-3 gr fresco)<br />

• Pesce ricco di omega 3, almeno 1 hg quattro volte<br />

a settimana,<br />

• cioccolata fondente 1 hg al giorno<br />

• frutta e verdura almeno 4 hg al giorno<br />

• mandorle 70 gr al giorno<br />

• v<strong>in</strong>o 150 ml al giorno<br />

ed, aggiungerei:<br />

• regolare e divertente attività fisica!<br />

Un bicchiere di v<strong>in</strong>o al giorno leva <strong>il</strong> medico di torno,<br />

ovvero non sempre prevenire e curare le malattie è<br />

amaro come la medic<strong>in</strong>a di P<strong>in</strong>occhio.<br />

Tre tazze di v<strong>in</strong>o io preparo per gli uom<strong>in</strong>i moderati:<br />

- una per la salute, che essi vuoteranno per prima<br />

- la seconda per l’amore ed <strong>il</strong> piacere<br />

- la terza per <strong>il</strong> sonno<br />

- la quarta tazza non appartiene più a noi, ma alla<br />

violenza<br />

- la qu<strong>in</strong>ta alle esplosioni delle passioni<br />

- la sesta alle <strong>in</strong>temperanze degli ubriachi<br />
