The excise duty on imported bulk wine bottled
in India is currently 200%.(Including
bulk) Indian companies bottling wine produced
in India are exempt from excise duty for 7
years. All the Indian states impose an excise
duty on imported wine and spirits, these duties
are different in all the states of India.
