Impact of reduced intake on feed <strong>di</strong>gestion and rate of passage.<br />

The improvement of the feed conversion (Table 2) during the restriction and moreover<br />

after restriction (during re-fee<strong>di</strong>ng freely) should be associated to an improved<br />

feed <strong>di</strong>gestion. effectively, most of the stu<strong>di</strong>es reported an improvement of the faecal<br />

<strong>di</strong>gestibility, either during restriction (Table 4), or after restriction during re-fee<strong>di</strong>ng<br />

freely (Table 5).<br />
