La nostra storia di servizio ai pazienti e la conseguente
responsabilità sociale hanno spinto Rizzoli a dotarsi di
un Codice Etico, per la regolamentazione dei diritti e
doveri morali di ogni partecipante all’organizzazione
aziendale. Tale carta previene comportamenti illeciti da
parte di chi opera in nome e per conto dell’azienda,
chiarendo le responsabilità etiche e sociali di dirigenti,
quadri e dipendenti, a sostegno della reputazione
dell’azienda. L'etica è solo uno dei sette valori in cui
crede l'azienda e il suo personale: competenza,
innovazione e ricerca, passione in quello che si fa,
qualità, servizio e teamwork sono gli altri valori su cui
si fonda il futuro della nostra organizzazione, per
continuare nel tempo la nostra tradizione centenaria.

OUR VALUES
Our past history of service to patients, and the social
responsibility stemming from it, have led us to apply
an Ethical Code governing the moral rights and duties
of everyone sharing in the company organisation. This
charter prevents illicit behaviour by people working in
the name and on behalf of the company, by making
clear which are the ethical and social responsibilities
of managers, officers and employees, in order to keep
up the reputation of the company. Ethics are just one
of the seven values in which our company and staff
believe: skill, innovation and research, passion in what
we do, quality, service and team work are the other
values which form the foundation for the future of our
organization and will enable us to continue our
hundred-year-old tradition.
