MICI: manifestazioni extra<strong>intestinali</strong> • PREVALENZA: 25-40% DEI CASI • POSSONO ACCOMPAGNARSI AI SINTOMI INTESTINALI O PRECEDERLI DI MESI O ANNI • POSSONO RAPPRESENTARE L’ESCLUSIVA PRESENTAZIONE CLINICA DELLA MALATTIA • SISTEMICHE: anoressia, astenia, calo ponderale, febbre • AUXOLOGICHE: ritardo di crescita staturoponderale, ritardo puberale, osteopenia • OCULARI: episclerite, uveite • CUTANEO-MUCOSE: aftosi orale ricorrente, eritema nodoso, pioderma gangrenoso • REUMATOLOGICHE: artralgie, artrite, sacroileite, spondilite anchilosante • EPATICHE: ipertransaminasemia orfana, cirrosi, colangite sclerosante (frequentemente associata a RCU)
