Il cuscino tampone è disponibile nelle due versioni CTF (Cuscino Tampone
Fisso) e CTR (Cuscino Tampone Regolabile, con cuscino superiore regolabile
in altezza per adattarsi ad automezzi con altezze diverse). IL CTF ed il CTR
consentono all’automezzo di appoggiarsi direttamente alla parete del magazzino
in corrispondenza della porta a piano rialzato. L’isolamento ottenuto da
un cuscino tampone preserva al massimo la temperatura esistente all’interno
del magazzino ed è indicato particolarmente per magazzini frigoriferi, condizionati
o a temperatura costante.

CTF AND CRT CUSHIONED BUFFER FOR
LOADING DOORS ABOVE GROUND LEVEL
The cushioned buffers are available in two models: CTF (fixed cushioned buffer)
and CTR (adjustable cushioned buffer, with upper cushion adjustable in
height to adapt to different vehicle heights). The CTF and CTR mean that vehicles
can be reversed directly up against the raised warehouse loading door.
The temperature inside the warehouse is kept as constant as possible thanks to
the excellent insulation provided by the cushioned buffer, which is highly
recommended for cold storage, air-conditioned or contstant-temperature
warehouses.

I sigillanti gonfiabili risolvono alcuni specifici problemi di carico:
• posizionamento del veicolo non perpendicolare alla parete del magazzino
• posizionamento del veicolo non al centro della porta
• rampe di carico inclinate o in curva
• usura per sfregamento delle patelle frontali e superiore del sigillante
• regolazione automatica dell'altezza del cuscino orizzontale
Il veicolo deve semplicemente accostarsi alla rampa di carico: grazie ad un
dispositivo a bassa pressione il sigillante gonfiabile SG in un attimo 'abbraccia'
i fianchi ed il tetto del cassone isolandolo perfettamente.
Il sigillante rimane gonfiato per tutto il tempo necessario al carico o allo scarico
dell'automezzo; un semplice comando provoca lo 'sgonfiamento' automatico
del sigillante che, in pochi secondi, ritorna nella posizione arretrata
lasciando completamente libero tutto il passaggio.

The inflatable dock shelters solve a number of special loading problems:
• vehicle not positioned perpendicular to the warehouse walls
• vehicle not positioned in the centre of the door
• inclined or curved loading ramps
• wear due to rubbing on the front and upper panels of the shelter
• automatic adjustment of the horizontal cushion height
Once the vehicle is in position at the loading ramp, a low pressure device
rapidly inflates the SG dock shelter which enfolds the sides and the roof of the
vehicle body sealing it off completely from the outside.
The dock shelter remains inflated for all the time necessary to load and
unload the vehicle. It is automatically deflated by a simple control and, within
a few seconds, returns to its retracted position leaving the entire passage free.

The new anti-scissoring and accident
prevention pantographs (European
patent obtained for their validity and
importance) solve two problems
completely:
1) cover scissoring near the pantographs
when the structure is moved
back. In fact, even when fully closed,
there is still sufficient space between
the two bars not to damage the
cover;
2) risk of accidents for anyone who
is inadvertently touching the pantographs
when the covering is moving
back.

É stata una delle idee originali COPRISCOPRI più innovative: il TL è un tunnel
con sezione a portale zoppo, disposto parallelamente al fabbricato. Gli
utilizzi sono molteplici: ampliamento del magazzino, creazione di un premagazzino
per operazioni di carico/scarico degli automezzi, precamera per il
mantenimento della temperatura interna del magazzino, utilizzo di spazi residui
ecc. Il TL consente l’entrata e l’uscita degli automezzi dai due ingressi.

SIDE WALL MOUNTED TUNNEL
This is one of the most innovative and original COPRISCOPRI ideas. The TL is
a tunnel with an incomplete portal section placed parallel to the building. It
has many uses: as a warehouse extension, as a pre-warehouse vehicle loading/unloading
area, as an anteroom to keep the temperature inside the warehouse
constant, as extra residual space etc. The TL really solves all problems of
loading/unloading goods, allowing entry and exit from both entrances.

pantograph bars on the side which slides along the ground; the other side
runs on an overhead rail supported by brackets and uprights fixed to the
ground

The TM warehouses are available in two versions: fixed to the ground or telescopic
with arches sliding on a rail embedded to ground level. In the mobile
version, the structure can slide either manually or electrically.
• Structure with reticular arches made of hot galvanized steel; the arches are
connected to each other by means of panels and bracings;
• Easy and rapid assembly only requiring laying of the sliding rail or of the
anchoring plates.
• Structure tested for a snow load of 160 kgm 2 and resistance to a wind speed
of 110 kgh; modified versions for higher load resistances can be supplied
on request.
• Cover made of polyester high resistance 1100 d Tex 9x9 (weft and warp)
PVC coated, total weight 750 gm 2 , class 2 self-extinguishing, reinforced at
the points most subject to wear.
• Entry portal with closure panel sliding above and guided on the ground,
reinforced with vertical sections and horizontal chains to increase wind
resistance.
