TECNOPOL nacque come gruppo nel 1996, 

specializzandosi nel settore delle macchine e delle 

materie prime per il mercato della proiezione ed 

iniezione di poliuretano. 

In un continuo processo di estensione e ricerca per lo 

sviluppo di nuovi prodotti con un alto peso 

tecnologico, abbiamo deciso di fabbricare mediante 

TECNOPOL il materiale che segnerà una svolta nei 

processi di impermeabilizzazioni noti finora: 

TECNOCOAT P-2049 , unica membrana 

bicomponente con proprietà eccezionali di 

impermeabilizzazione, abrasione, resistenza a 

trazione ed usura, alta capacità di allungamento e un 

tempo di essiccazione al tatto di solo 4 secondi.

TECNOPOL was established as a group in 1996, 

specializing in the field of machinery and raw 

materials for the polyurethane market. 

In a continuous process of extension and research of 

new products with high technological burden, we 

decided to develop the material that will mark a 

turning point in the process of waterproofing so far 

known: TECNOCOAT P-2049, 

an exceptional 

pure polyurea waterproofing membrane with 

excellent properties of abrasion, tensile strength, 

wear, great power stretching and drying the touch of 

just 4 seconds. 

TECNOPOL has a specialized team that offers its 

customers the expertise necessary to successfully 

carry out all types of applications, either in the field 

of waterproofing and in various industrial

La poliurea TECNOCOAT è una membrana 

bicomponente proiettabile, 100% solida e non 

dannosa per l'ambiente, 100% impermeabile e che 

protegge le superfici contro l'usura e la corrosione. 

Grazie al suo alto grado di adesione ai molteplici 

strati, permette un'adesione sicura e permanente 

alla superficie, provvedendo alla protezione della 

stessa contro l'ossidazione o la corrosione, con una 

finitura che può essere antiscivolante e in vari colori. 

È un prodotto di rivestimento estremamente 

durevole grazie alle sue proprietà meccaniche e 

qualità chimiche. Questo materiale di rivestimento 

di alta resistenza tollera inoltre l'azione dannosa dei 

vari acidi e sostanze chimiche alcaline, e dei prodotti 

a base di petrolio. Si comporta in modo eccellente ed 

è stabile batteriologicamente, facile da pulire e 

idoneo a sigillare giunti ed angoli. 

Tutte queste caratteristiche rendono 

TECNOCOAT un prodotto di riferimento per 

quanto riguarda l'impermeabilizzazione, 

differenziandolo nettamente da tutti i prodotti 

noti finora.

TECNOCOAT is a two components polyurea 

membrane, 100% solid and not harmful to the 

environment, 100% waterproof and protects 

surfaces from wear and corrosion. 

Due to its high adhesion to multiple substrates 

allows a secure and permanent contact with the 

surface, making this is kept free of rust or corrosion 

with a finish that can be slip-resistant and in several 

colors. 

TECNOCOAT is extremely durable due to its 

mechanical properties and its chemical qualities. 

This highly resistant coating also tolerate the 

damage that could result in different acidic and 

alkaline chemicals and petroleum based products. 

It has excellent performance and is microbiologically 

stable, easy to clean and capable of sealing 

joints and corners. 

All these features make TECNOCOAT a 

benchmark as far as sealing and waterproof is 

concerned, clearly differentiated from all 

previously known products.

TECNOCOAT P-2049 si applica con 

un'apparecchiatura ad alta pressione 

di tecnologia avanzata, permettendo 

l'applicazione di fino 1.000 m2 al 

giorno, con un tempo di essiccazione di 

4 secondi, la superficie potendo 

essere transitata in pochi minuti. Nelle

TECNOCOAT P-2049 is sprayed

1 Substrato | Substrate 

Il substrato sul quale si applica TECNOCOAT deve essere consistente e con sufficiente resistenza alla 

compressione (minimo 25 N/mm2) ed una resistenza minima a rottura di 1,5 N/mm2. Inoltre il 

substrato deve essere pulito, secco e privo da agenti contaminanti come polvere 

olio, grassi, vernici e altri trattamenti superficiali. In caso di dubbio si 

consiglia di testare il substrato.

2 Preparazione del supporto

Nel caso dei supporti in calcestruzzo, si impone inoltre la preparazione meccanica, rimuovendo il strato 

superficiale per ottenere una superficie strutturata a pori aperti. Si raccomanda inoltre la rimozione del 

calcestruzzo debole e l'eliminazione dei difetti della superficie come vuoti e buche.

offers a wide range of products for performing these operations. 

For concrete substrates, also must be prepared mechanically, raising the grout surface to achieve a textured

3 Primer| Primer 

Nella maggior parte dei casi è necessario l'utilizzo di un primer poliuretanico bicomponente come 

TECNOCOAT PRIMER-PU per ottenere una maggiore adesione e per evitare la formazione di pori. Sarà 

applicato a pennello, rullo o mediante spruzzatura airless e, se necessario, sarà leggermente spolverato con 

sabbia quarzosa dal 0,3 al 0,8 mm. 

È essenziale che le superfici siano sane da punto di vista strutturale, oltre che completamente indurite per 

28 giorni (a 200 psi o di più secondo ASTM D 4541). Devono avere una bassa trasmissione del vapore 

acqueo (meno di 3 lb/24/h./1.000 ft/2 metodo di prova RMA). 

In most cases it is necessary to use a two component polyurethane primer as TECNOCOAT PRIMER-PU

l'applicazione di uno o due strati di finitura poliuretanica alifatica DESMOPOL ADY-2C per garantire la 

stabilità del colore desiderato. DESMOPOL ADY-2C è inoltre necessario per le superfici che richiedono 

resistenza al traffico stradale e per l'impermeabilizzazione delle piscine e di altre superfici che richiedono 

resistenza ai prodotti chimici. 

After the application of TECNOCOAT membrane, and before last 48 hours, you should give one or two 

coats of aliphatic polyurethane finish DESMOPOL ADY-2C to guarantee the stability of the desired color.

bicomponente con viscosità ridotta. È stato

sistemi TECNOPOL (poliuretano / poliurea) ai supporti 

porosi e non porosi come calcestruzzo, lastre in PVC, 

lastre bituminose, di marmo ecc.

La poliurea 100% Pura TECNOCOAT P-2049 è stata 

progettata come prodotto di rivestimento unico ed è 

destinata all'impermeabilizzazione e alla sigillatura in 

genere. TECNOPOL ha sviluppato una poliurea ad alta 

densità le cui proprietà sono descritte qui appresso. Ha 

due componenti: Componente A, P-2049.I e componente 

B, il cui rapporto dipende dalle caratteristiche cromatiche.

APPLICAZIONE 

TECNOCOAT P-2049 è un prodotto di grande 

durezza e resistenza all'usura, che una volta 

applicato offre una grande stabilità e durevolezza. 

TECNOCOAT P-2049 è un prodotto immune alle 

variazioni di temperatura nell'intervallo dal -40º al 

+180º, mantenendo le sue proprietà di elasticità 

senza subire rotture o ammolli. 

La reazione rapida di TECNOCOAT P-2049 subito 

dopo l'applicazione, fornisce stabilità in solo pochi 

secondi, permettendo il transito e garantendo le 

proprietà di impermeabilizzazione in un tempo 

inferiore a 3 ore. Questa poliurea raggiunge le 

condizioni ottime dopo circa 24 ore. 

La versatilità del prodotto TECNOCOAT P-2049 e 

la sua essiccazione in 3 secondi gli permettono di 

adattarsi a qualsiasi superficie rendendolo il 

prodotto ideale per applicazioni in aree irregolari 

con forme di qualsiasi genere, sia curve o 

squadrate. TECNOCOAT P-2049 è disponibile in 

una varietà di colori, la poliurea essente offerta ai 

clienti nel colore desiderato, già preparata, 

evitandosi in tal modo l'inconveniente di 

aggiungere in situ il pigmento di colore. 

Con l'applicazione di TECNOCOAT P-2049 si 

salvano giunti e qualsiasi tipo di abbinamento visto 

che la finitura è uniforme ed in un solo pezzo, 

offrendo in tal modo una superficie molto facile da 

pulire. 

Il contatto con i combustibili, fertilizzanţ i, 

escrementi o urina di animali non ammolla né 

corrode TECNOCOAT P-2049. 

Le proprietà del prodotto TECNOCOAT P-2049 

permettono la sua adesione a qualsiasi superficie 

come cemento, calcestruzzo, poliuretano, legno, 

metallo... e inoltre, grazie alla sua alta resistenza 

può essere transitabile e antiscivolante 

applicandosi una finitura rugosa.

Il consumo del prodotto è di circa 2 kg / m² secondo il tipo

DESMOPOL ADY-2C 

DESCRIZIONE 

DESMOPOL ADY-2C è una Vernice di Poliuretano alifatico 

liquido, di alta brillantezza, che riveste il substrato in una pellicola 

elastica e tenace estremamente resistente alla corrosione. 

Brillantezza e colore stabili alle intemperie e alle radiazioni 

ultraviolette. Finitura ceramica, senza giunti. Approvato dal 

Ministero della Salute secondo le prove del 1991, per il contatto 

con i prodotti alimentari. 

APPLICAZIONE 

Nella gran parte dei casi non richiede l'applicazione di un 

primer. 

Può essere applicato con la pistola a spruzzo airless, il rullo o il 

pennello. 

La pellicola minima raccomandata per la protezione contro le 

radiazioni ultraviolette di altri materiali è di circa 300 micron 

(0,3mm) l'equivalente a 300 g di prodotto. 

Non applicare la seconda mano prima che sia secca la prima, 

per una buona adesione. 

Per l'applicazione in spazi chiusi si raccomanda utilizzare delle 

protezioni per le vie respiratorie. 

Per i supporti vetrificati è necessario utilizzare un primer; per 

ulteriori informazioni contattare il dipartimento tecnico. 

DESMOPOL ADY-2C è disponibile in 2 contenitori separati, 

predosati. Per l'applicazione sarà mescolato l'intero contenuto 

del contenitore con la componente “A”, aggiungendo il 

contenuto del contenitore con la componente “B”, agitando la 

miscela fino ad ottenere un prodotto omogeneo. 

Pennello: Solo per i ritocchi. In caso di necessità si aggiungerà 

ADITIVO ANTISCHIUMA, mediante agitazione meccanica, in 

una dose tra 1 e 2,5 %. Sarà evitata l'applicazione frequente 

con il pennello. 

Rullo: Non è troppo raccomandabile. In caso di necessità si 

aggiungerà ADITIVO ANTISCHIUMA, mediante agitazione 

meccanica, in una dose compresa tra 1 e 2,5 % e sarà utilizzato 

un rullo di lana a pelo corto. 

Pistola aerografica: Solo per uso industriale. 

Pistola airless: Diluire con 5 fino al 10% Desmopol solvent, 

secondo il potere dell'apparecchiatura. 

Ugello da 0,007” a 0,011”. 

Pressione punta ugello, 180 - 200 Kg/cm2. 

COV diluito 10%: 440 g/l. 

Come nel caso di tutti i prodotti di rivestimento e verniciatura, 

l'applicazione deve essere fatta su substrati fermi ed asciutti, 

ad una temperatura del supporto di 3ºC superiore al punto di 

rugiada, ad una temperatura ambientale superiore a 10ºC ed 

una umidità relativa minore al 80%. 

Non lasciare mai più di 48 h tra le mani. 

Il tempo di riverniciatura è di circa 4 -24h. 

UTILIZZAZIONI RACCOMANDATE 

Qualsiasi tipo di macchinari, apparecchiature, impianti, veicoli, 

recipienti, strutture, pareti, porte, condotte, paratoie, e, in 


genere, ovunque c'è bisogno di abbinare la resistenza, estetica ed 

il risparmio determinato dalla durevolezza. L'ottima elasticità ed 

adesione permettono il rivestimento e la protezione dei fondi 

flessibili di alto spessore di Epossidi, Poliurea o Poliuretano.

DESCRIPTION 

DESMOPOL ADY-2C is a polyurethane varnish aliphatic liquid, 

high gloss, which encapsulates the substrate with an elastic film

APPLICATION

VYDRO® substrate foam is a unique hydrophilic

substrates, VYDRO® foam is particularly useful for 

projects where total system weight and structural
