aumento del ritorno venoso al cuore destro,<br />
con un sovraccarico venoso capace di <strong>in</strong>durre<br />
un prolungamento del RVTm.<br />
CONCLUSIONI<br />
I nostri studi suggeriscono l’ut<strong>il</strong>ità del DTI<br />
pulsato nell’identificare <strong>il</strong> comportamento<br />
regionale del miocardio ventricolare destro<br />
negli atleti di fondo e dimostrare la fisiologica<br />
cooperazione bi-ventricolare legata all’attività<br />
sportiva.<br />
L’aumento del precarico nell’allenamento di<br />
endurance può spiegare sia <strong>il</strong> prolungamento<br />
del r<strong>il</strong>asciamento attivo del ventricolo<br />
destro sia la migliore performance ut<strong>il</strong>e<br />
del ventricolo s<strong>in</strong>istro, tipici riadattamenti fisiologici<br />
del cuore d’atleta.<br />
