Gli alimentatori monofase sono controllati da una scheda di
comando che permette la regolazione dei parametri di sosta,
carico, pulizia filtro, valvola proporzionale e la segnalazione
degli allarmi di mancata carica, pulizia filtro e sostituzione
carboni motore.
Il quadro di comando degli alimentatori serie AT è posizionato
a terra sul box di protezione della pompa; con la scheda
di controllo si possono regolare i parametri di sosta, carico,
pulizia del filtro, valvola proporzionale e la segnalazione di
mancata carica, pulizia filtro, ispezione cuscinetti, alta temperatura
e blocco termico pompa.
In the mono-phase models, our feeders are fitted with a control
card, which allows the regulation of the parameters of

La caratteristica principale del sistema READY è:
La scheda madre che funge da sequenziatore è uguale in
tutto alla scheda figlia e può essere sostituita da una qualunque
delle schede figlie, che installata nella posizione di
madre automaticamente ne assume le funzioni senza essere
programmata.
Il sistema è espandibile fino a 64 utenze.

The master control working as a sequencer is exactly the
same one as the slave board and can be replaced by any
slave control that, mounted in the position of the master
board, automatically acquires its functions, without requiring

La característica principal del sistema READY es:
La tarjeta madre funciona como secuenciador, es perfectamente
idéntica a la placa hija y puede ser reemplazada por
una cualquiera de las placas hijas que, instalada en la posición
de madre, adopta automáticamente las funciones de la
misma si programación alguna.

transporte de la mayoria de los granulos, con los varios

Miscelatori verticali a coclea per la miscelazione di medie e grandi quantitá di granuli o
polveri. Costruiti in acciaio al carbonio verniciato con vernici epossidiche, oppure in acciaio
INOX AISI 304, spazzolati e rifiniti accuratamente all´ interno e dotati di ampi portelloni
per facilitare la pulizia, sono la risposta alle esigenze di chi voglia miscelare i
prodotti per ottenere un Compound omogeneo. Il carico manuale dei materiali é facilitato
dalla ampia tramoggia, é possibile anche il carico in maniera automatica utilizzando
Coclee per carico forzato, Alimentatori in depressione, o Lanciagranuli, o scaricare
Big-Bag o Octabin direttamente in tramoggia. Una serie di dispositivi opzionali permette
di scaricare il materiale in Big-Bag, di riscaldarlo mentre viene miscelato, e se dotati
dello Sportello Apribile sul tubo interno, la pulizia é totale e rapida.
Vertical screw-feed blenders for mixing granules or powders in medium and large quantities.
Made in carbon steel, painted with epoxy resins, or alternatively in
AISI 304 STAINLESS steel, accurately brushed and finished inside and with large inspection
hatches, these machines are ideal for clients who wish to blend products to obtain
a homogeneous compound. The materials are loaded manually from a large hopper,
or automatically using feeding screws for forced load, vacuum feeders or granule launchers,
or discharge big-bags or octabins directly into the hopper. A series of optional devices
is provided to discharge the material into big-bags and heat it during blending. An
optional opening on the inner pipe makes the machine very quick and easy to clean.
Mezcladoras Verticales de tipo caracol para la mezcla de medianas y grandes cantidades
de granulos y/o polvos. Son construidos en acero al carbon pintado con pinturas
epoxicas, o sobre pedido en ACERO INOX AISI 304, cepillados y con cuidadosos acabados
a su interior con amplias compuertas para facilitar su limpieza, ésta es la respuesta
a la exigencia de quien quiere mezclar los productos para obtener un Compound
homogeneo. La carga manual de los materiales se obtiene gracias a la amplia tolva,
ademas de que es posible la carga de manera automatica utilizando cargadores de husillo
para carga forzada, cargadores en vacio, o lanzador de granulo, así como descargar
el BIG BAG y/o OCTABIN directamente en la tolva. Una serie de dispositivos
opcionales permiten la descarga del material en BIG-BAG y de secarlo mientras está
mezclando. Si la unidad tiene la compuerta abrible en el tubo interior, su limpieza es totalmente
rápida y eficaz.

Dry Plast es una Linea completa para el secado de todos los
materiales, se compone de generadores de aire caliente verdaderamente
eficaces y adecuatamente calibrados para entregar
el maximo rendimiento con el minimo consumo de
energia electrica, combinando a cada potencia aplicada a un
ventilador y/o a una bomba que genera la adecuada cantidad
y presion del aire, controlados por termorreguladores de tipo
microprocesador que garantiza una extrema precision.

Dry Tech, deumidificatori ad alto risparmio
energetico, grazie ai programmi preimpostati
per ogni tipo materiale, il processo di deumidificazione
è specifico e riferito al reale consumo
del momento. Con i nuovi Zeoliti si
raggiungono più facilmente Dew-Point molto
bassi e con i 3 ricuperatori di calore il costo
della deumidificazione è ridotto del 47% rispetto
ai deumidificatori a Setacci Molecolari,
inoltre non è più necessario il collegamento all’aria
compressa ne alla rete idrica. Il modello
DDK pesa l’effettivo accumulo di acqua nei setacci
ed esegue la rigenerazione SOLO alla saturazione
degli stessi. Sul display è visualizzato
il peso dell’acqua estratta dal materiale.

Le tramogge di processo, sono studiate per sfruttare
al massimo l’effetto camino che l’aria calda
produce attraversando il granulo, sono costruite
in acciaio Inox Aisi 304 finemente spazzolato, e
sono coibentate con fibra di roccia, rivestite esteriormente
con lamierino di alluminio satinato.
The process hoppers are designed to maximize
the chimney effect that the hot air produces while
going through the granules: they are made of finely
polished Aisi 304 stainless steel and are insulated
with rock fibre, externally coated with a
sheet of satined aluminium.

Cristallizzatori con un concetto innovativo di cristallizzazione che permette la cristallizzazione
del PET in CONTINUO, anche con macinati polverosi o di minime dimensioni.
L’aria passa attraverso l’albero cavo rotante e viene diffusa uniformemente ai vari livelli
della tramoggia grazie agli aspi diffusori cavi.
Non esiste quindi nessun arresto di produzione per pulizia del diffusore di aria calda,
inoltre senza l’impiego di grossi filtri si può abbinare anche un deumidificatore.
Il funzionamento completamente automatico, è controllato da un microprocessore che
gestisce il processo di cristallizzazione senza il presidio dell’operatore, comparando la
temperatura dell’aria con gli Ampèrè assorbiti dal motore degli aspi.
ACP Crystallizers with an innovative concept that allows continuous crystallization of
PET, even re-ground material or of minimum quantities. The air flows through the rotating
hollow shaft and is distributed evenly to various levels of suction hopper through
the hollow diffusion reel.
There is therefore no stopping of the client’s production for cleaning of the hot air diffuser,
plus the fact that without the use of large filters it can be combined with a dehumidifier.
The fully automatic functioning is controlled by a microprocessor managing
the crystallization process without the presence of an operator, comparing the air temperature
with ampere absorbed by the reel motor.
Cristalizadores con un concepto novedoso de cristalización que permite la cristalización
de PET EN CONTINUO, aun con moliendas con polvo o de pequeñas dimensiones. El
aire pasa por medio del eje central y es distribuida uniformemente a los varios niveles
de la tolva gracias a las aspas difusoras huecas.
No existe así ningún paro de producción para limpieza del difusor de aire caliente, además
sin ocupar filtros de gran tamaño se puede de combinar también un sistema de
deshumidificación. Su funcionamiento es completamente automático y es controlado
por medio de un microprocesador que maneja el entero proceso de cristalización sin
operador, comparando la temperatura del aire los ampere ocupados da el motor de el
aspo.

Con Eco Energy System, per il raffreddamento del circuito olio delle presse si elimina totalmente e per tutto l’anno l’uso del
Chiller, con economie enormi che arrivano fino al 90 % rispetto al consumo del chiller.
L’impianto composto principalmente da scambiatori Aria/Acqua hanno la caratteristica di essere costruiti con due circuiti sovrapposti,
utilizzati nelle zone climatiche favorevoli, quello inferiore per il raffreddamento del circuito stampi e quello superiore
per il raffreddamento del circuito olio, nelle zone con alta temperatura ambiente invece sono i due circuiti sono utilizzati in parallelo
per il raffrescamento del circuito olio.
Il massimo della economia si ottiene sfruttando il calore prodotto dalle presse per il riscaldamento dell’ambiente di lavoro, facendo
circolare l’acqua a 30 -32 C° nel pavimento, con questa temperatura ogni 160 k/cal. si può riscaldare 1 m.q. di uffici a

Con Ecoenergy System, para el enfriamiento del circuito de aceite de las inyectoras se elimina totalmente y por todo el año
el uso de chiller y/o torres de enfriamiento, con grandes economías que alcanzan el 90% comparado al consumo de un enfriador
chiller.
La planta se compone de intercambiadores aire/agua tienen la caracteristica que ser construidos con dos circuitos sobrepuestos,
y utilizados en zona climaticas favorables, el circuito inferior es utilizado para el enfriamiento de el circuito de los moldes,
mientras el superior es utilizado para el enfriamiento de el circuito del aceite, en zonas calidas los dos circuitos son utilizados
en paralelo para el enfriamiento solamente del circuito del aceite.
El maximo de la economia se obtiene utilizando el calor producido da las inyectoras para el calientamiento del ambiente de trabajo,
circulando agua a 30-32°C en el piso, con esta temperatura cada 160 kcal se puede calentar 1 metro cuadrado de oficinas
a 22°C.

I chiller Dega nei modelli DFH sono il meglio che la moderna
tecnologia della refrigerazione consente oggi, infatti
per realizzare queste macchine abbiamo utilizzato
quanto di meglio il mercato possa offrire; partendo dai
più performanti compressori Scroll, montando serbatoio,
pompa e circuito idraulico totalmente in Inox Aisi 304,
evaporatori a fascio tubiero in controcorrente anch’ essi
in Aisi 304, condensatori tropicalizzati per lavorare con
aria ambiente a 40 C°. Le macchine multi circuito hanno
i circuiti in parallelo completamente indipendenti, tutti i
modelli DFH sono costruiti per essere posizionati all’esterno
senza alcuna protezione. I modelli CDG, pur essendo
costruiti con il massimo della tecnologia, sono
assemblati con componenti standard, e possono essere
posizionati all’esterno solo sotto protezione.

de 40°C. Las maquinas con circuito múltiple cuentan con circuitos en paralelo completamente independientes, todos los modelos
DFH son realizados para ser posicionados al exterior sin ninguna protección. Los modelos CGD son realizados en un proyecto
de alta tecnología, son ensamblados con componentes estándar, y puedes ser posicionado al exterior solamente bajo una

TERMOTECH
Termotech PD sono i termoregolatori di eccellenza, macchine con la grande caratteristica di potere lavorare indistintamente
ad Acqua o ad Olio, in pressione o in aspirazione continua per permettere di termoregolare anche con importanti fughe di liquido
nello stampo. Con le Termotech Press a scambio diretto si può termoregolare lo stampo con acqua pressurizzata a 140
C°. oppure con acqua alla stessa temperatura del chiller per termoregolare a bassa temperatura. La Duplo sono due Press
abbinate, completamente indipendenti una dall’altra, con solo lo chassis in comune. La Air è il termoregolatore ottimale per la
trasformazione dell’elastomero o del termoindurente, è controllato direttamente dalla pressa a cui è abbinato, il raffreddamento
è ad aria prodotta da un ventilatore.
The PD model Termotechs are thermo regulators of excellence: their main characteristic is that they can work equally with
water or oil, under pressure or suction, to allow continuous temperature control with eve in case of major leaks in the mould.
With Termotechs Press with direct exchange, it is possible to thermo regulate the mould with pressurized water at 140 C °or,
alternatively, with water at the same temperature of the chiller for thermo regulation at low temperature. The Duplo model is
the result of two matched Press, each completely independent from the other, with a shared chassis. The Air is the optimum
temperature controller the transformation of the elastomeric or thermosetting material, controlled directly by the press to

Los TERMOTECH PD son los termorreguladores de excelencia, maquinas con la grande característica para trabajar sin distinción
con Agua y/o Aceite, en presión y/o en vacío continuo, permiten termo regular también con fugas de líquido en el circuito.
Con TERMOTECH PRESS que cuentan con Intercambio indirecto se puede termo regular el circuito con agua presurizada a
140°C y/o con agua a la misma temperatura del enfriador para termo regular a baja temperatura. El modelo DUPLO es compuesto
de dos PRESS combinadas, completamente independientes la una da la otra, y con el chasis en común. El AIR es el

certificazione, ai nostri dosatori abbiamo abbinato la CELLA DI
CARICO, che supportata da un potente software, permette una
dosatura estremamente precisa anche in ambienti ostili.
I dosatori possono essere collegati in rete per ricevere trasmettere
dati che possono essere elaborati da PC centrali.
For the dosage of additives that require extremely accurate precision,
or if a particular certification is required after dosage, on
our dosing units we have combined a LOADING CELL controlled
by a powerful software; this feature allows a very precise dosing

Dosatore gravimetrico particolarmente adatto per presse ad iniezione, soffiatrici ed estrusori,
per macchine riempitrici e confezionatrici di materiali granulati e farinosi. La robusta struttura
in Inox della macchina ed il particolare software ne permettono l’installazione
anche su macchine con vibrazioni controllate. La diversa tipologia di costruzione
permette indifferentemente l’abbinamento da 2 fino a 6 componenti diversi dosati
anche in minime quantità con i normali dosatori a vite.
Gravimetric dosing particularly suitable for injection moulding, blow
moulding machines and extruders, filling and packaging machines for
granulated and powdery materials. The solid steel machine frame

Il sistema è basato sul principio di montare il comune alimentatore su
una cella di carico. Ogni ciclone è predisposto per caricare 2 materiali.
La cella di carico pesa il I° materiale che entra nel ciclone, al raggiungimento
del peso voluto comanda la valvola di selezione e abilita
il II° canale di aspirazione per caricare il II° materiale. Raggiunto il
peso totale il materiale cade nel miscelatore e viene omogeneizzato
per almeno 7 minuti.
The system is based on the instalment of a common feeder on a loading
cell. Every cyclone is equipped for loading two materials. The loading
cell weighs the first material entering the cyclone; when it
reaches the required weight, it activates a valve that switches for the
loading of the second material etc.. Once the total weight is reached
the whole material falls into the mixer and is mixed for at least 7 minutes.

Per la determinazione automatica dello spessore medio dell’estruso, ed il suo mantenimento costante durante tutta la produzione
Il sistema è interfacciato al controllo di velocità di rotazione dell’estrusore, ed al controllo di velocità del tiro, il controllo GENIUS è in grado,
di gestire fino a tre Coestrusori. Il raggruppamento dei controlli di tiro, e dei controlli dei coestrusori in un unico pannello, la sincronizzazione
della velocità di rotazione delle viti e del tiro, facilitano e velocizzano gli avviamenti riducendo i tempi e gli scarti. La robusta struttura in acciaio
INOX AISI 304, fa da supporto alla tramoggia dell’estrusore, o all’alimentatore. Qual’ora l’estrusore sia alimentato con più materiali, il sistema
di dosaggio, è possibile montarlo direttamente sulla struttura.

The pull off controls and the Co-extruders controls, are all grouped in the same panel, while the speed synchronization of screw’s

SERVER
Con il Server è possibile stoccare in un numero sempre diverso di contenitori (scatole o sacchi) una quantità indeterminata di
pezzi. La grande caratteristica della macchine è quella in un ingombro ridotto di stoccare un grande numero di pezzi, conteggiati
semplicemente ricevendo un segnale dalla pressa. Qual’ora si volesse invece determinare oltre che al numero anche
il peso dei pezzi stoccati è possibile abbinare un sistema di pesatura che rende il sistema indipendente.
With Server, you can store a indeterminate number pieces in a growing number of different containers (boxes or bags). An
important feature of the machine is the possibility to stock a large number of items in a small space, counted simply by receiving
a signal from the press. In the case we want to determine not only the number but also the weight of stored items the
machine can be combined with a weighing system that makes the system independent.
Con el Server se puede almacenar un número siempre diferente de contenedores (cajas o bolsas), un número indeterminado

Per pezzi di grossa dimensione, o quando si dispone
di spazio sufficiente e si ha la necessità di
avere una grande autonomia tra un cambio e l’altro
di contenitori rigidi, e consigliata la versione
SERVER NR.
Il gruppo è composto da un nastro trasportatore su
cui si posizionano i contenitori vuoti, i pezzi raccolti
in una tramoggia pesata, oppure direttamente dal
nastro convogliatore nel contenitore sono versati
nel primo contenitore, al raggiungimento della
quantità desiderata un cilindro pneumatico lo sposta
sulla rulliera da dove dopo la spinta di un altro
cilindro per gravità scende fini al fondo, nello stesso
tempo il nastro fa avanzare la scatola successiva
ed il ciclo ricomincia.

The SERVER NR is recommended for large parts or
when there is enough space and you require easy
format change for rigid containers.
The whole system consists of a conveyor belt where empty boxes are placed. Pieces are collected in weighing hopper or directly
from a conveyor belt and are sent to the first container, when the required quantity is reached, a pneumatic cylinder
moves the box on the roller conveyor and it slides down by another pneumatic cylinder, at the same time the conveyor places
the next box in the system. The size of the installation depends on customer's needs.
El SERVER NR está especialmente indicado para piezas de gran tamaño, o bien cuando se dispone de espacio suficiente y se
necesita facilitar el cambio de formato de contenedores rígidos.
El equipo está formado por una cinta transportadora sobre la que se colocan los contenedores vacíos. Las piezas procedentes
de una tolva pesadora o de la propia cinta transportadora se trasladan al primer contenedor. Una vez alcanzada la cantidad
programada, un cilindro neumático empuja el contenedor hasta el transportador de rodillos, desde el cual, bajo el efecto del
empuje de otro cilindro, baja hasta el fondo. Al mismo tiempo, la cinta hace avanzar la caja siguiente y el ciclo vuelve a empezar.
El tamaño de la instalación se puede determinar en función de las necesidades del cliente.

ROBOTICA
I manipolatori della serie EX sono adatti per l’utilizzo a
bordo pressa, per il prelevamento dall’area stampo di
materozze oppure di manufatti (con mano di presa e
generatore del vuoto). La costruzione robusta garantisce
una perfetta fermezza del manipolatore anche con
cicli di lavoro ristretti. Cilindri pneumatici ammortizzati
ed elettro-valvole ampiamente dimensionate permettono
di ridurre considerevolmente il ciclo d’estrazione.
La regolazione degli assi non richiede l’utilizzo di chiavi
particolari, infatti, le corse vengono regolate con manopole
e/o morsetti con apertura e fissaggio manuale.
Il manipolatore è costruito totalmente con componenti
di altissima qualità che permettono un’ottima durata
anche dopo diversi anni di utilizzo e con cicli di lavoro
estremi.
The sprue-pickers manipulators from EX series are suitable
for”on board” Injection Moulding Machine application,
to pick up the sprues or parts from the moulding
area (with a grip device and vacuum generator). The
solid construction guarantees that the mechanical hand
remains perfectly firm, even with restricted work cycles.
Amortized pneumatic cylinders and large solenoid
valves allow a considerable reduction of the extraction
cycles.
The axes regulation doesn’t need any use of special
tools, in fact, the strokes are adjusted with handles
and/or clamps with opening and manual fixing.

I ROBOT SERVO sono i più compatti e semplici della serie XDE, pur mantenendo un elevato standard qualitativo nella scelta
dei materiali e della componentistica.
Questa serie è stata studiata per tutte le applicazioni nel campo dell’iniezione, adatti per presse da 40 a 3.500 ton, e si distinguono
per: AFFIDABILITA’, FLESSIBILITA’, POTENZA dovute alla adozione di un NUOVO TIPO DI STRUTTURA dell’asse di
estrazione del pezzo che ne ha aumentato la rigidità del 7 / 8 %., e di conseguenza abbiamo ancora AUMENTATA la VELOCITA’,
permettendoci di raggiungere accelerazioni estreme, così da poter essere impiegato per l’utilizzo nei cicli veloci.
Non ostante questo, abbiamo quasi totalmente eliminato l’attrito sulle guide, per cui anche gli interventi di lubrificazione dell’asse
sono ridotti al minimo e praticamente annullati.

For the need to recycle big amounts of
large pieces (eg bumpers), extrusion
drains or large thickness presses, not

shredders which reduce the large pieces
into smaller ones, so they can then
be re-granulated with smaller granulators.

Il modello monoalbero della serie SRD,
è stato progettato per triturare pezzi
duri o tenaci che il normale trituratore
non arriva a frantumare, la macchina è
composta da un grosso cilindro provvisto
di inserti di frese, e da un piano
spinto da un cilindro idraulico che
pressa il pezzo contro il cilindro, riducendolo
alla pezzatura desiderata secondo
la griglia montata.
The SRD mono-shaft series was designed
for shredding and not grinding.
The machine is composed of a large cylinder
containing fitted cutter inserts,
and a barrier driven by a hydraulic cylinder
to press the piece against the cylinder,
reducing it to the right size
according to the grid that has been
mounted.

Per l’azionamento della vite, sui nostri estrusori sono disponibili, a richiesta,
i motori TORQUE di recente concezione, raffreddati ad acqua.
Tale soluzione presenta vari vantaggi tra cui un risparmio energetico
grazie alla riduzione delle perdite meccaniche ed una minore rumorosità
venendo a mancare gli organi di trasmissione meccanica soggetti
peraltro ad usura. Tali motori garantiscono inoltre una maggiore
precisione di rotazione per l’assenza di elasticità nella trasmissione
del moto.
TORQUE MOTORS
To drive the screw on our extruders new water cooled TORQUE motors
are available, upon request. This solution has many advantages
such as: energy saving by highly efficient drive package, lower noise
level coming from the lack of mechanical transmission, no maintenance.
Torque motors ensure good running characteristics.

Per lo stampaggio di articoli in Bimateriale, o Bicolori,
forti della esperienza acquisita nella costruzione di viti
e cilindri, con la collaborazione di tecnici esperti nella
progettazione di presse, abbiamo messo a punto i
gruppi di Coiniezione, applicabili a qualunque pressa sia
tradizionale che elettrica. I gruppi sono predisposti per
l’applicazione, tangenziale, inclinata o verticale, oppure
ad essere corredati dalla tavola rotante, che se necessaria
è parte integrante del Gruppo.
SATELLITE GROUPS
Thanks to our strong experience in the construction of
screws and cylinders and with the assistance of technical
expert’s design of presses, we have developed Coinjection
groups applicable to any press (both
traditional and electric) for the moulding of articles in
Bi-material, or two colours. The groups are designed
for the tangential, inclined or vertical application, or to
be accompanied the rotating table, which can be included
as part of the Group.
