But it was functional for those accessories producers and distributors for the
end consumers (such as electronical products manufacturers and the typical
ship chandlers), damaging a little bit the producers or more complex systems
only for a technical audience.
Another important element which determined the complete success of the
event was the contemporary taking place of the EudiShow, devoted to the
underwater sector, which appealed to a large number of visitors fond of this
field, but that are not potential buyers of boats or accessories for pleasure
boats.
However, the show is growing.The presence of the visitors increased of the
25% this year, reaching the number of 125,000 guests, while the exhibitors
that took part were more than 800.
For the 2008 edition the exhibition area enlarged of the 50% covering 12
pavilions and 120,000 square metres, where producers of accessories, manufacturers
of sailing boats, motor boats and inflatable boats were present.
Moreover, more mother companies such as shipyards, exhibitors and institutions
were at the show.

SI È CONCLUSA LA 39 A EDIZIONE
DEL NAUTICSUD, CHE SARÀ RICORDATA
ANCHE PER LA NASCITA
DELL’UNIONE NAZIONALE ARMATORI DA DIPORTO.
Si è concluso il 16 marzo 2008 a Napoli
Nauticsud, Salone Internazionale della Nautica.
La manifestazione ha superato il tetto dei
160.000 visitatori, con una crescita del 15%
rispetto all’edizione 2007.
Questa edizione di Nauticsud, la trentanovesima,
sarà ricordata anche per la nascita dell’Unione
Nazionale Armatori da Diporto, che ha come
primo punto del programma il rilancio del Sud
attraverso la modifica dei piani paesaggistici.
Nei 10 padiglioni della Mostra d’Oltremare,
ampliati nel 2007 con la costruzione del
Padiglione Nauticsud e nei 720.000 mq di quartiere
fieristico hanno trovato spazio imbarcazioni, gommoni,
motori, accessori e tutte le categorie merceologiche legate al
turismo marino. Inoltre durante la manifestazione erano 300
le barche in acqua e 1.300 quelle a terra; presentati anche
prodotti dei migliori produttori italiani e internazionali.
Oltre agli eventi sportivi dedicati alla cultura del mare, la
fiera è stata anche l’occasione per anteprime, dibattiti di
alto livello e premiazioni.
La prossima edizione è confermata dall’11 al 19 marzo 2009.
