Svelt, produttore di trabattelli professionali

e scale industriali, prodotti
certificati a norme italiane ed europee
e conformi all’utilizzo secondo il D.Lgs.
626/94, ha creato per il cantiere
Erregiplast di Spinadesco (CR), dopo
aver già fornito i cantieri Riva, Uniesse
e Dalla Pietà, un sistema modulare di
trabattelli in alluminio su ruote a montaggio
rapido che consentono un camminamento
di 60 cm lungo tutto il
perimetro della barca per la costruzione
della murata, della prua, della
poppa e la verniciatura della linea di
galleggiamento, e tutto ciò di cui possono
aver bisogno gli operatori.
La struttura è stata studiata per imbarcazioni
di lunghezza tra i 39 e i 56
piedi ed è modificabile in altezza
mediante gambe filettate di 150 mm
che consentono un’altezza del camminamento
variabile da 2,00 m a 2,20 m.
Tale sistema è adeguabile in pochi
secondi a qualsiasi guscio, indipendentemente
dal suo design: un ingegnoso
sistema permette infatti alla struttura
in alluminio di adeguarsi perfettamente
alla forma di ogni barca come un
“serpente snodato”.

ARTICULATE AROUND THE BOAT
Svelt, manufacturer of professional scaffolds on
steel or aluminium wheels and of industrial
ladders, products certified according to Italian
and European regulations and in compliance
with the use according to D.Lgs. 626/94, has
created for Erregiplast shipyard of Spinadesco
(Italy), after supplying the shipyards Riva,
Uniesse and Dalla Pietà, a modular system of
fast assembly aluminium scaffolds on wheels
which allow a
60 cm path
along the
whole boat
perimeter for
the building
of the side, of
the bow, of
the stern, for
the varnishing
of the
waterline, and
for whatever else the operators need.
The structure has been studied for 39 to 56 feet
boats and it is modifiable in height thanks to
150 mm threaded legs which allow a variable
height of the path from 2.00 m to 2.20 m.
This system can be fitted in a few seconds to
any hull, no matter its design: an ingenious
system allows the aluminium structure to fit the
shape of any boat like an “articulate snake”.
