Hydra è disponibile per il mercato
estero con dotazioni Italy oppure
Ocean (ORC) e ha una capienza che
varia da 4 fino a 12 persone; mentre
il modello Hydra 2 è disponibile con
dotazioni conformi al DM 219/2002
per navigazioni senza limiti per barche
con bandiera italiana e francese
e con dotazioni PACCO B conformi
alla ISO 9650 con omologazione spagnola.
Realizzate con tessuti impermeabili e
grazie alle più avanzate tecnologie,
le zattere sono in grado di resistere a
temperature che variano da –18°C a

Motori silenziosi
MTU Friedrichshafen, sussidiaria
di Tognum, ha firmato un
contratto con le aziende
Paulstra e Stop-Choc per la distribuzione
esclusiva dei castelli motore
attivi. Il sistema, testato da MTU su
banchi prova e su navi, riduce sensibilmente
le vibrazioni dei motori
Diesel.
I motori MTU aggiungono alla
gomma dei castelli motore, che
assorbe passivamente le vibrazioni
che si trasmettono dal
motore allo scafo, una
protezione attiva.
Questa si basa sul principio
della cancellazione
del rumore: è infatti in
grado di creare onde
sonore della stessa
ampiezza di quelle
generate dal motore, ma
con polarità opposta. In
questo modo rumore e
anti-rumore arrivano ad
annullarsi a vicenda
quasi totalmente.
Con questa tecnologia,
che viene applicata ai
Hydra e Hydra 2: zattere a marchio Raimar
65° C. La tenda è realizzata in modo
da proteggere i passeggeri da eventuali
intemperie, è di colore arancio
acceso e con un sistema di chiusura
apribile sia dall’interno che dall’esterno.
Il fondo è in alluminio e l’ingresso dei
passeggeri è facilitato da una scaletta
e da una rampa semirigida.
Tutte le zattere sono garantite cinque
anni.

For years the company has been
offering the market a wide range of
products with Raimar brand for the
nautical sector: inflatable boats, life
rafts, tenders and rubber dinghy.
Among these, Hydra life raft is
available for the foreign markets with
Italy or Ocean (ORC) equipment, from

MTU Friedrichshafen, Tognum subsidiary, has
signed a contract with the companies Paulstra
and Stop-Choc on the exclusive distribution of
active engine mountings. The system, trialed by
MTU on test benches and in ships, significantly
reduces the noise emitted by Diesel engines.
MTU engines add to the rubber mountings,
which passively absorb the noise transmitted
from the engine to the skull, an active
protection. This is based on the noisecancellation
principle: it can create sound
waves with the same amplitude but opposite
polarity to the waves of the engine. Thus noise
and anti-noise cancel each other out to a large
extent. With this technology, which is being
applied to marine Diesel engines for the first
time, MTU expands its core competencies in the
system business.
4 to 12 people; while Hydra 2 has been built in
conformity with DM 219/2002 for navigation
without limit from the coast for boats with Italian
and French flag and with B pack equipment in
conformity with ISO 9650 with Spanish
certification.
Made of waterproof fabric and thanks to the
most advanced technologies, the life rafts can
resist temperatures from –18°C to 65°C. The tent
can protect the passengers from bad weather, it is
vivid orange and can be opened from inside and
outside.
The bottom is in
aluminium and the
entry of the
passengers is made
easier by a little
ladder and a semirigid
flight.
All the life rafts are
guaranteed for five
years.
