Circa 100.000 persone coinvolte dall’8 al 16 marzo per la
7 a edizione del Salone Nautico Internazionale di Venezia.
È evidente ormai che da manifestazione locale, la fiera è
giunta in pochi anni ad avere un’eco nazionale e internazionale.
L’area espositiva, più ampia rispetto all’appuntamento del
2007, ha ospitato circa 500 imbarcazioni e per la prima
volta erano presenti anche cantieri come Ferretti,

Rizzardi e Sessa.
Fulcro della manifestazione è stata la Marittima, sede
storica del Salone, che, grazie al suo posizionamento,
risulta comoda e accessibile sia per gli espositori che
per i visitatori, che hanno potuto godere di un ampio
parcheggio interno. Inoltre, i collegamenti rapidi e frequenti
con la stazione ferroviaria e con il centro storico
della città, garantiti da bus navetta, fanno della
Marittima la location ideale per dare inizio al percorso
di visita.
È stata una manifestazione dedicata a tutti coloro
che amano la nautica e il mare, accompagnata anche
da eventi sportivi, incontri, workshop, turismo,
moda, regate, prove in acqua.
Non sono mancati importanti conferenze organizzate
con il patrocinio di Ucina che hanno affrontato
il valore dell’export, la formazione per gli
equipaggiamenti di Viareggio fUcina.
Evento nell’evento è stato poi il convegno “The
Future Boat & Yacht Venice Convention”, un incontro
di due giorni dedicato al futuro della nautica,
per fornire una visione mirata all'utilizzo delle
nuove tecnologie nel settore della navigazione, con
la presentazione di nuovi materiali e propulsori,
anche per adeguarsi alle necessità di un minimo
impatto ambientale.

> Nearly 100,000 people were involved from 8 th to 16 th March at the
7 th edition of the Venice Boat Show. It is clear that from a local fair the
show has reached a national and international importance.
The exhibition area, larger than in 2007, welcomed about 500 boats
and for the first time shipyards such as Ferretti, Rizzardi and Sessa
were at the show.
The fulcrum of the event was the Marittima that, thanks to its position,
is comfortable and accessible for exhibitors and visitors alike,
with also a large car park available. Moreover, the frequent and
rapid links with the railway station and the centre of Venice, thanks
to a shuttle service, make the Marittima the ideal location for starting
the visit.
The show is devoted to all those who are fond of the nautical sector
and the sea, with sport events, meetings,workshops, turism, fashion,
regattas, water tests.
Organized also under the support of Ucina a series of important conventions
took place, which deal with the export value, the training of
the crew at Viareggio fUcina.
“The Future Boat & Yacht Venice Convention” was the two days meeting
devoted to the future of the nautical sector, to supply a vision of
the use of the new technologies in the sector of navigation, with the
presentation of new materials and propellers, to reach a lower and
lower environmental impact.
