Perché una trasmissione televisiva partecipa
con un proprio padiglione a Experimenta06?
Per mettere in pratica i suoi contenuti! “Hit
Science” nasce nel 2004, format tutto italiano
creato da tre autrici Rai (Daniela Attilini,
Caterina Manganella e Loredana Lipperini), sostenuto
e prodotto per RaiTre da Mussi Bollini.
È la prima trasmissione scientifica per ragazzi
mai realizzata in Italia. Dopo le tre puntate pilota,
nel 2005 si avvia la prima serie, 14 puntate
che andranno in onda nell’autunno dello stesso
anno, registrando ottimi risultati di ascolto.
Mentre una seconda serie per altre 12 puntate
sono in programmazione, il sabato mattina su
RaiTre, per l’autunno 2006. Obiettivo primo di
Hit Science è presentare la scienza ai ragazzi in
modo accattivante e coinvolgente. Ma perché
questo nome? “Hit”, come Hit Parade, perché
utilizziamo la musica moderna per adeguare il

Why does a television transmission participate
in Esperimenta06 with its own pavilion? To put
into practice its contents! “Hit Science” was
born in2004, in a format only Italian created
by three Rai authors (Daniela Attilini, Caterina
Manganella and Loredana Lipperini), sustained
and produced for RaiTre by Mussi Bollini. It is
the first scientific transmission for children ever
undertaken in Italy. After the three pilot episodes,
in 2005 the first series began, 14 episodes
which would be broadcast in the autumn of the
same year, obtaining excellent rating. While a
second series for another 12 episodes are being
programmed, on Saturday morning on RaiTre,
for the autumn of 2006. The first objective of
Hit Science is to present science to the children
in a winning and intriguing manner. But why
this name? “Hit”, as in the Hit Parade, because
programma al ritmo e alla velocità a cui sono
abituati i ragazzi. “Science” perché vogliamo far
vedere loro come la scienza sia piena di misteri
e aspetti affascinanti, ma anche indispensabile
in tanti aspetti della loro vita quotidiana e dimostrare
infine che fare lo scienziato può essere
anche molto divertente. A Experimenta06,
grazie all’aiuto di ottimi animatori, tutto ciò lo
si può toccare con mano: “assaggiando” a scelta
qualche spezzone di puntata, ma soprattutto
venendo coinvolti in prima persona in uno dei
tanti esperimenti, che vengono realizzati con
materiali di uso quotidiano e si possono quindi
riprodurre facilmente a casa. E chissà che, fra
qualche anno, un giovane ricercatore confermerà
che sono state proprio le puntate di Hit
Science viste da ragazzino a instradarlo nella
sua scelta professionale.

used. “Science” because we want to show them
how science is full of mystery and fascinating,
but also indispensable in so many ways to their
everyday life and finally to show that what a
scientist does can also be most amusing. At
Experimenta06, thanks to excellent animators,
everything which can be touched with the
hand: “tasting” by choice some piece of episode,
but above all becoming involved in the
first person in one of the many experiments,
that are made with materials in daily use and
which can be easily reproduced at home. And
who knows, in a few years, a young researcher
will confirm that it was really the episodes of
Hit Science seen when a child to lead to the
choice of profession.
