ambientale tra vettori come l’idrogeno, o la batteria elettrica? Salite
a bordo di tre pulmini e provate un viaggio in città. Ma prima dovrete
spender bene i vostri gettoni. Chi andrà più lontano?
H COME IDROGENO Una grande H custodisce i segreti dell’idrogeno.
Solleva la cornetta, ascolta e osserva tutto ciò che si potrà fare con
l’idrogeno. Guidare un motorino in città, distribuirlo con i robot, produrre
energia elettrica con le celle a combustibile, immagazzinare energia
da fornire a tutti, Paesi ricchi e Paesi poveri. Soprattutto capirete come
l’idrogeno è una seria alternativa al greggio: niente petroliere e niente
oleodotti lunghi migliaia di chilometri. Niente sfruttamento di risorse
che appartengono a Paesi lontani e niente guerre per il controllo dei
giacimenti. Inoltre l’idrogeno ha una resa maggiore rispetto agli altri
combustibili: solo il 25-30% della benzina si trasforma in chilometri
percorsi con la nostra auto, il resto viene disperso in calore e attriti vari.
Invece la resa dell’idrogeno è superiore al 50%. E dal tubo di scappamento
esce solo vapor acqueo...

H AS HYDROGEN A big H holds the secret of hydro-

rich countries and poor countries. Above all,
you will understand how hydrogen is a serious alternative
to crude oil: no tankers, no storage tanks for
thousands of kilometres. No exploitation of resources
which belong to countries far away and no wars to
control the oilfields. In addition hydrogen yields more
compared to other fuels: only 25-30% of petrol is
transformed in kilometres driven in our car, the rest
is dispersed in heat and various frictions. Instead the
yield of hydrogen is more than 50%. And only watery
steam emerges from the exhaust.
