All work on electrical components accessible only after removing the
casing must be performed exclusively by properly authorized and trained
personnel. Certain parts of the unit carrying dangerously high voltages are
accessible when the casing is removed, representing a source of danger
during maintenance work if performed when the appliance is powered up.

The appliance requires the following maintenance work, especially when
subject to continuous use (every day); before cleaning the appliance
disconnect it from the power supply.
- clean felt washer (F) located inside head (E) as shown in Fig. 4;

- blow compressed air through the collet (point B - Fig. 3), preferably
with the collet open (i.e. after turning lever A shown in Fig. 3 through
90°);
- lubricate the handpiece once a month, removing exclusively screw (D)
and allowing a drop of oil to enter the threaded bore. Never lubricate
by injecting oil through the collet (B - Fig. 3);
