BRACHE A RETE / MESH SLING
CONTROL AND MAINTENANCE
Each sling should be examined on a quarterly (or more frequently
depending on conditions of use), by a competent person.
During the sling control to pay particular attention to:
- Distributed broken wires:
are tolerated up to maximum of 5% of the wires of the wire
rope.
- Broken wire concentrates:
are allowed only up to a maximum of 3 wires on each single
wire
rope
- Permanent deformation:
distortions are not allowed: abrasions, kinks, deformation on
bend over small diameters.
-Control that the cable has not been subjected to excessive
heating.
-Control the status of the eyes paying particular attention to
the area of contact between rope and hook.

MANUTENZIONE E CONTROLLO
L’imbracatura deve essere esaminata ), da persona competente,
trimestralmente (o più di frequente in funzione delle condizioni
di lavoro)
Nel controllo porre particolare attenzione a:
- Fili rotti distribuiti:
sono tollerati fino ad un massimo del 5% dei fili costituenti la
fune.
- Fili rotti concentrati:
sono ammessi solo fino ad un massimo di 3 fili su ogni singola
fune.
- Deformazioni permanenti:
non sono ammesse distorsioni: abrasioni, ginocchi deformazioni
per avvolgimenti su piccoli diametri .
- Controllare che la fune non sia stata sottoposta ad eccessivo
riscaldamento.
- Verificare lo stato delle asole ponendo particolare attenzione
alla zona di contatto tra fune e gancio
