►Corrosion<br />
The cable-Iaid sling should be withdrawn from service and<br />
referred to an independent competent person for thorough<br />
examination, where corrosion detrimental to the strength of the<br />
sling is suspected.<br />
►Significant distortion of the rope<br />
The cable-Iaid sling should be discarded when distortion due to<br />
kinking, crushing, core collapse, or knotting is identified.<br />

►Corrosione<br />
In caso sia presente della corrosione sulla fune costituente la<br />
braca, è necessario che la stessa sia sottoposta ad ispezione<br />
accurata da parte della persona competente, poiché tale<br />
fenomeno nuoce alla resistenza meccanica della fune<br />
elementare.<br />
►Distorsione significativa della fune<br />
L'imbracatura dovrebbe essere scartata quando sono presenti<br />
nella braca, distorsioni , ginocchi, schiacciamenti o fuoriuscita<br />
e/ocollasso dell’anima centrale .<br />
