Wear rope
When the diameter measured in the damaged area is 10% less
than the diameter of rope (d) for excessive wear and tear with
flattening of the wire slings should be discarded
Corrosion
The flattening of the wires or the loss of flexibility of the rope is
due to severe internal corrosion.
The corrosion is identified with less flexibility of the rope and
rough to the touch may indicate internal corrosion and the
effects of which are not predictable
Corrosion can occur if your pants were stored incorrectly or have
been used in particularly corrosive, such as when moving loads in
and out of acid baths and / or alkali. The effect is immediately
recognizable by the loss of flexibility and rough to the touch. A
slight surface rust hardly affects the tensile strength, but may be
indicative of internal corrosion, the effect is not predictable

Usura della fune
Quando il diametro misurato nel punto danneggiato è inferiore
del 10% rispetto al diametro nominale della fune (d) per
eccessiva usura con appiattimento dei fili le brache devono
essere scartate
Corrosione
L’appiattimento dei fili o la perdita di flessibilità della fune è
causa di una grave corrosione interna.
La corrosione si identifica con minore flessibilità della fune e
superficie ruvida al tatto e può indicare corrosione interna i cui
effetti non sono prevedibili.
La corrosione può verificarsi se le brache sono state conservate in
maniera non corretta o sono state utilizzate in condizioni
particolarmente corrosive, come nello spostamento di carichi
dentro e fuori bagni acidi e/o alcalini. L’effetto è
immediatamente riconoscibile per la perdita di flessibilità e
ruvidezza al tatto. Una leggera ruggine superficiale difficilmente
influisce sulla resistenza della fune, ma può essere indicativa di
corrosione interna, il cui effetto non è prevedibile.
