Emorragia Polmonare
In caso di emorragia polmonare il surfactant endogeno può andare incontro ad
inattivazione da parte dei lipidi di membrana dei globuli rossi, dell’emoglobina e
di varie proteine plasmatiche (fibrina, fibrinogeno, albumina, IgG e IgM). La
somministrazione di 100 mg/kg di surfactant è in grado di determinare un
miglioramento significativo del rapporto a/A a 3 e 6 ore dalla somministrazione,
senza effetti collaterali negativi, e può, quindi, essere consigliata.
