TECNICA DELLA EXANGUINO-TRASFUSIONE PARZIALE
• Il volume da scambiare in ml si calcola in base alla seguente formula:

Volume Ematico= 80 - 90 ml/kg nel neonato pretermine
85 - 110 ml/kg nel neonato a termine
Ht desiderato è 55%
• Le soluzioni da scambiare sono:
SF
Albumina umana al 5 % in caso di ipoalbuminemia.
Dopo 24 ore dall’intervento di EXT parziale, se persiste una sintomatologia verosimilmente
correlata a policitemia e non riconducibile a patologia neonatale di altra natura, ripetere Ht
centrale e rivalutare l’applicazione del protocollo. ∗
