Emaitzak eta eztabaida<br />
Liseri-zelulen kopuru erlatiboaren murrizpen eta<br />
kaltzio-zelulen, eta batez ere, iraizte-zelulen kopuru<br />
erlatiboaren emendioaren berri, metalez<br />
kutsatutako ingurunetan bizitako lehorreko bareen<br />
liseri-guruinean ere eman da (Marigómez et al.<br />
1998a). Ikerlan honek, zelula-moten osaketaren<br />
aldaketok itzulgarriak direla erakutsi du,<br />
laborategiko baldintzetan behintzat. Dena den,<br />
ingurumen naturaletan animaliak beren bizitza<br />
osoan zehar metal pean kronikoki egon daitezke,<br />
eta beren erantzunak deskribatutakoen antzekoak<br />
liratekeenentz argitu beharrean gaude oraindik ere<br />
(Wang & Rainbow, 2005), hurrengo kapituluan<br />
jorratuko denez.<br />
Azkenik, zelula-moten osaketan metal-<br />
esposizioak eragindako aldaketek, BSD-hedapena<br />

dirudi Cd + keroseno esposizio eta ondoko arazte-<br />
aldian zehar bareetan suertatutako aldaketek, BSD-<br />
hedapena parametroaren gainean eragina izan<br />
zutenik, Vv BSD aldaketak dosi eta denboraren<br />
menpekoak baitziren. Arrazoia, magurioetan<br />
gertatzen den moduan, bareen liseri-guruinaren<br />
epitelioko ezaugarri berezietan datza, non<br />
lisosomen barneko metalen neurketa<br />
mikroskopikoak liseri-zelulen gainean zuzenean<br />
egin baitaitezken (4. Kapitulua), liseri-zelula<br />
kopurua basala izanik ere.<br />
