Ondorioak<br />

Ikerlan honetan lortutako emaitzek dioskutenez,<br />

muskuiluen liseri-guruinean CTR eragiteko gai da<br />

kadmioa. Bestalde, Cd-a ehunetan detektatzeko<br />

erabili den AMG bitartez errebelatutako BSDak,<br />

liseri-zelulen lisosometan espezifikoki lokalizatu<br />

dira. Hori dela eta, CTRk Vv BSD balioen gainean<br />

eragina dauka, metala metatzeko<br />

konpartimentuaren txikitzearen ondorioz. Bestalde,<br />

CTR gertatzeko beharrezkoa den kutsatzaile<br />

desberdinen kontzentrazio-atalaseak zehaztu dira,<br />

kutsatzaile eta espeziearen arabera desberdinak<br />

izanik. Halaber, estres-iturria etetean CTR<br />

itzulgarria izan daitekeela atzeman dugula<br />

azpimarratzekoa da. Azkenik, CTR prozesuaren<br />

gainean zenbait faktorek eragina eduki dezaketela<br />

ikusi dugu; kutsatzaileak nahasketetan agertzea eta<br />
