Action Cards “+1” If one of these cards is played, the next player must draw a card from the stock and take it in hand. The player may not also play a card; the turn to play passes at once. “+2” If one of these cards is played, the next player must draw two cards from the stock and take them in hand. The player may not also play a card; the turn to play passes at once. “Skip” If one of these cards is played, the next player must miss his turn and may not play a card. “Choose a Colour” This card may be played on any card. The player who played it may ask for a colour, announcing the choice loudly and distinctly. The next card to be played must then be of that particular colour (or another “Choose a Colour” card). End of a Round When a player puts down his last-but-one card, he must, loudly and clearly, say “SOLO”. This is to warn the other players that someone has only one card left. If the player forgets to say “SOLO”, he must immediately take two cards from the stock in hand as a penalty. 12
When someone plays his last card, the round ends. The player who got rid of all his cards may then advance his game piece on the board by one square. All other game pieces remain where they are. When a round has ended, all cards are shuffled and a new one begins – just as described above. The player to the left of last round’s winner plays the first card. End of the Game The game continues, round by round, until the first player’s game piece reaches the last space on the game board. That player wins the game.
