Developed should be a state entity, which will control whether or not an advertising<br />

message reflects reality; whether quality and aesthetics of exterior advertising is related to<br />

the demands of city building.<br />

Advertising also works on the development of linguistic culture of people. That is<br />

why advertising should create contact with customers by the use of the best literature<br />

language. Following from the above-mentioned advertising signboards should be created<br />

with consideration of the purity of Georgian language. It is unacceptable to display a foreign<br />

text with Georgian letters.<br />

Western and Russian advertising should be altered with the advertising created with<br />

consideration of Georgian specifics. It is necessary to search for the uniqueness, which will<br />

differentiate our country and products produced in our country from others, and to present<br />

and popularize it; and all the types of advertising messages should be created based on that<br />

uniqueness and differentiating features. It is considered a necessary condition to present a<br />

national factor as an outstanding element of an advertising message.<br />

As a necessity considered is the creative approach to advertising. Creatively<br />

formulated advertising is always interesting, addresses thinking impulses and is much more<br />

effective with respect to influence on people. For a certain group of people a scenario or<br />

visual symbol first observed in advertising can become a guide to arts, literature and science,<br />

thus to a certain extent it bears an educational function. Correct is the opinion stating that<br />

advertising despite of its pragmatics can literate the masses of people, though meant is the<br />

advertising, which by quality is no less than a high-quality work of arts.<br />

Visual advertising serves not only economics, but also the laws of aesthetics and it can<br />

aid in development of taste and perception of beauty in people. Thus, next to the commercial<br />

motivation significant importance is paid to the artistic-aesthetic quality of an image.<br />
