be accompanied by phytosanitary<br />
certificate, issued by the plant<br />
quarantine authority <strong>of</strong> the<br />
exporting country, stating that the<br />
fruit has been thoroughly inspected<br />
<strong>and</strong> found free from Mediterranean<br />
fruit fly.<br />
The importation <strong>of</strong> corns ears without<br />
husks <strong>and</strong> seeds shall be accompanied<br />
by the phytosanitary certificate,<br />
issued by the plant quarantine<br />
authority <strong>of</strong> the exporting country,<br />
stating that the seeds or ears without<br />
husks <strong>of</strong> the corn have been<br />
thoroughly inspected <strong>and</strong> found free<br />
from the Gumming disease; otherwise<br />
the shipment has to be undergone an<br />
appropriate quarantine treatment prior<br />
to importation.
