In response to the Convention on Biological Diversity (Rio de Janeiro, 1992)<br />
<strong>Arboretum</strong> <strong>Mlyňany</strong> SAS supplies its seeds <strong>of</strong>fered in this catalogue on the following conditions:<br />
1. the seeds are only used for the public good in areas <strong>of</strong> scientific research,<br />
conservation <strong>of</strong> species, education and the development <strong>of</strong> public botanic gardens,<br />
2. any commercial use <strong>of</strong> the plant material requires the permission <strong>of</strong> <strong>Arboretum</strong><br />
<strong>Mlyňany</strong> SAS and a separate agreement,<br />
3. any publication resulting from the use <strong>of</strong> the material should acknowledge<br />
<strong>Arboretum</strong> <strong>Mlyňany</strong> SAS as supplier.<br />
