e compatto. Pratico e facilmente affettabile per poter inventare gustosi piatti

Dotazione: A - 1 vite con volantino B - 2 chiavi fermadischi C - 2 tubi inox D - 2 dischi inox E - 2 dischi inox con foro.
Equipment: A - 1 screw with handweel B - 2 spanners to lock the discs C - 2 stainless steel cylinders D -2 stainless steel discs E - 2 stainless steel discs with hole.
1 - Inserire un dischetto inferiore (non forato)
all’interno del cilindro. - Put a lower disc (without
hole) in the cylinder.
4 - Inserire la vite facendola combaciare con il
foro del dischetto superiore. Pressare la polpa
di polipo ruotando in senso orario il volantino.
Insert the screw matching it with the hole of the
upper disc. Then press the octopus by rotating in a
clockwise direction the handwheel.
2 - Inserire all’interno del cilindro la polpa di
polipo bollito. - Put some boiled octopus in the
cylinder.
5 - Inserire la chiave fermadisco negli appositi
fori. Il composto di polipo è così bloccato tra i
due dischetti. Riporre il cilindro nel frigorifero
per circa due ore. - Insert the spanner to lock the
disc in the appropriate discs. Now the octopus is
locked between the two discs. Put the cylinder in
the fridge for about two hours.

3 - Inserire il dischetto inferiore forato sopra la
polpa di polipo. - Put the upper disc with hole on
top of the octopus.
6 - Estrarre il composto ottenuto dal cilindro e
affettare a piacimento per gradevoli decorazioni.
Extract the compound obtained by the cylinder and
slice as you like to create pleasant decorations.
