Portautensili con attacco prismatico a "coda di rondine" (larghezza da 56 a 140 mm.) VDI 3425
Su specifica richiesta del cliente (se tecnicamente possibile e con un supplemento di prezzo), i portautensili prismatici vengono anche costruiti con il passaggio
interno del liquido refrigerante e l'uscita con sfere orientabili o raccordi.
La tipologia DESTRO o SINISTRO, per alcuni portautensili e portabareni, dipende solo dalla posizione in cui viene inserito il perno "D" nella coda di rondine : se viene
inserito da una parte diventa destro, nell'altra diventa sinistro.
Per chi fosse incerto sul tipo destro o sinistro di portautensile da acquistare, alcuni articoli vengono costruiti con entrambi i fori (sia quello destro che quello sinistro) in cui il
cliente potrà inserire da solo (ad esempio, con una piccola pressa od un martello, ma sempre con i dovuti modi) il perno.
In questo caso il portautensile (o portabareno) sarà denominato "DOPPIO P.S." (il prezzo non varia).
Nella confezione che Vi sarà consegnata troverete quindi il portautensile o portabareno con i due fori sul piano della coda di rondine, ed il relativo perno a parte, per ottenere
il tipo che effettivamente vi serve. I particolari con questa possibilità sono solo alcuni tipi, per gli altri non è possibile.
AVVERTENZA IMPORTANTE : Alcuni costruttori di torni a controllo numerico possono montare la torretta fuori asse di alcuni mm. e di conseguenza la sezione utensile
con cui si lavora aumenta della stessa misura, quindi ci sono torni con le seguenti caratteristiche :
- torrette disassate di 4 mm : montano portautensili con attacco a coda di rondine da 56 mm. e lavorano con sezione utensile da 20 mm., anzichè la standard da 16.
- torrette disassate di 5 mm : montano portautensili con attacco a coda di rondine da 72 mm. e lavorano con sezione utensile da 25 mm., anzichè la standard da 20.
I portautensili da usare rimangono gli stessi, perché vanno bene per i torni in asse e disassati, i portabareni standard però non possono essere utilizzati.
ATTENZIONE : la sezione maggiore di quella normale può essere usata solo su torrette montate fuori asse.
Per quanto riguarda i portabareni, in questi casi vanno utilizzati i portabareni dello stesso tipo, ma seguiti dal codice "GR", che sono costruiti appositamente con la coda di
rondine fuori asse.
I portabareni " GR " sono solamente questi modelli :
* coda di rondine da 56 mm. : * coda di rondine da 72 mm. :

- MC 1.7 GR - MC 2.7 GR
- MC 1.8 GR - MC 2.8 GR
- MC 1.08 GR - MC 2.08 GR

- Inoltre, solo per i torni con attacco prismatico da 72 mm. con torretta disassata di 5 mm., viene prodotto un modello speciale del portautensile a cambio rapido registrabile,
MC 3.15 S e MC 3.015 S, che ha la coda di rondine da 72 mm., ma il corpo più grande.
I modelli " GR " non sono indicati nel catalogo, ma hanno le stesse caratteristiche e lo stesso prezzo, cambia solo l'attacco prismatico che è disassato.
Nelle Vostre richieste, Vi ricordiamo quindi di INDICARE SEMPRE IL TIPO DI TORNIO, LA TORRETTA E LA SEZIONE DI UTENSILE CON CUI LAVORATE.

On request and with a price increase, if technically possible, tool holders are made with the inner passage of coolant and the outlet with orientables spheres.
The RIGHT or LEFT version, about some kind (not all) of tool holders and boring bar holders, depends only from the position of the stud (pivot) "D" in the prism : if you
insert it in a hole, it becomes right version, if you insert it in the other hole, it becomes left version.
If you are not sure about the kind of tool holder to buy (right or left), some items can be manufactured with both the holes (right and left), so you can put by yourself (with a
press, or a hammer, but always carefully) the stud (pivot) where you want.
This kind of tool holder (or boring bar holder) is named "DOUBLE P.S." (price is always the same).
At the delivery, in the package you'll find the tool holder (or the boring bar holder) with two holes in the prism side, and its stud (pivot) separately, to obtain the item that you
really need.
The items that can be manufactured in this way are only a part of our tool holders, for the others it is not possible.
IMPORTANT : Some NC lathes manufacturers can mount the turret some mm. out-of-axis and consequently the tool size increases, so we can have lathes with :
- 4 mm. out-of-axis turrets that mount 56 mm. prismatic "dovetail" toolholders and work with a 20 mm. tool size, instead of the standard one of 16 mm.
- 5 mm. out-of-axis turrets that mount 72 mm. prismatic "dovetail" toolholders and work with a 25 mm. tool size, instead of the standard one of 20 mm.
Tool holders to use are the same, but standard boring bar holders cannot be used.
With these lates you must use the boring bar holders " GR " type, manufactured with out-of-axis prismatic lock.
" GR " type boring bar holders are only for these items :

Only for 5 mm. out-of-axis lathes with 72 mm. prismatic lock, we manufacture a special version of the rapid change tool holder, MC 3.15 S and MC 3.015 S, with 72 mm.

In the CATALOGUE you'll find only standard boring bar holders; " GR " types have the same sizes and price, only prismatic lock is out-of-axis.
