Si potrà assistere alla macina presso il 1° mulino
della “Valle dei mulini” di Seres a Longiarù
(senza guida), dalle ore 9–15. Dalle ore 10–12 si
avrà la possibilità di partecipare alla dimostrazione
del procedimento per la cottura del pane
contadino presso un forno a legno all’aperto
presso il maso Lüch de Vanc’ a Seres.
