Das Besucherzentrum ist wie ein offenes Fenster
zum Naturpark: Über interaktive Medien, Videos
und Paneele taucht man in die Geheimnisse des
Schutzgebietes ein und erhält Informationen zur
Entstehung der Dolomiten und der Fossilien, sowie
zu Fundstücken wie Skeletten, dem Almwesen und
den Höhlenbären von Conturines. Eintritt frei!

Das Informationszentrum ist ein Fenster zum
Naturpark Rieserferner-Ahrn. Ein Film aus der
Adlerperspektive vermittelt ungewohnte Eindrücke.
Ein dreidimensionales Relief gibt Auskunft über
Berge, Hütten und Wege. Die Höhenstufen entsprechen
einer Wanderung von Mitteleuropa in
die Arktis. Der Film „Schatzkammer der Vielfalt“
und diverse Tonbildschauen führen in die Welt
der Südtiroler Naturparks. Eintritt frei!

Die vor einigen hundert Jahren durch Unwetter
entstandenen Erdrutsche, haben große Gräben
entstehen lassen und durch wiederholtes Abschwemmen
und Auswaschen der Seitenhänge
blieben lehmhaltige Säulengebilde mit den
darauf liegenden Steinen stehen.

Il Centro visite e informazioni si affaccia sul Parco
Naturale delle Vedrette di Ries-Aurina. Un film
realizzato con prospettiva a volo d’aquila offre
immagini paesaggistiche inconsuete. Un plastico
tridimensionale ricostruisce montagne, rifugi e
sentieri. Le fasce altimetriche corrispondono a
un’escursione dall’Europa Centrale all’Artide.
Il film “I tesori della varietà” e diversi show
audiovisivi introducono nel mondo dei parchi
naturali altoatesini. L’ingresso è gratuito!

Le frane e gli smottamenti di terreno prodottisi
diverse centinaia di anni fa hanno portato alla
formazione di grandi voragini e con il successivo
dilavamento e gli effetti erosivi esercitati dalle
precipitazioni i terreni in pendenza sono andati
assottigliandosi fino a lasciare queste cuspidi
di materiale argilloso, limo e fanghiglie, sovrastate
da blocchi di pietra.

segnato che attraversa il bosco,

Natural Park House in Campo Tures
The Visitors Center is like an open window to
the Vedrette di Ries-Aurina Natural Park. You
can watch a film giving you a bird’s-eye view of
the region. A three-dimensional relief map provides
information on the mountains, Alpine huts,
and trails. The different levels correspond to a
hike from Central Europe to the Arctic. The film
“Treasure-Trove of Diversity” and various audiovisual
presentations give insight into the world of
South Tyrol’s natural parks. Free admission!

Centuries ago, fierce storms caused mudslides.
Large gullies were washed out, and as the result
of repeated flooding and erosion of the slopes,
weird columnar formations with stones resting
on the top were formed.
