der BRItFLeX ® -Übergang ist eine ober-
flächengleiche Dehnfuge mit einem Elasto-
merprofil zwischen zwei Metallrandprofilen.
Die Randprofile werden in einem schnell
aushärtenden elastomerharzverbund, dem
BRItFLeX ® -Polymerbeton heiß eingegossen.
die Verankerung zum tragwerk wird durch
die bemerkenswerten hafteigenschaften des
speziellen 2-komponentigen Polymerbetons
erzielt. zur Verbundverstärkung und als Justierhilfe
werden Verbundanker eingesetzt.
Es werden zwei Stahlrandprofile angeboten,
die mit Kopfbolzen, Wellenstahl und Ankerlaschen
im BRItFLeX ® -Mörtel fixiert werden
können.
Das BEJ-Randprofil, ein gezogenes Metallrandprofil
aus Baustahl, kann mit fünf verschiedenen
elastisch geklemmten Faltprofilen
für dehnwege (je nach nationalen Baubestimmungen)
von 50 bis 150 mm geliefert werden.

Il giunto BRItFLEX ® è un giunto superficiale
in cui un profilo elastomerico è confinato
fra due profili viti di testa, acciaio ondulato
e flange di ancoraggio metalliche. I profili di
bordo vengono annegati a caldo nel cemento
polimerico BRItFLEX ® ad indurimento rapido.
L’ancoraggio alla struttura portante è ottenuta
grazie alle notevoli caratteristiche adesive
dello speciale cemento bicomponente. Per
migliorare la connessione sono impiegati
ancoraggi che funzionano anche come guide
di posizionamento.

Il profilo di bordo BEJ, trafilato in acciaio da
costruzione, può essere fornito con cinque
diversi profili elastici, per spostamenti da 50
a 150 mm.
